Paul is excellent!

Had a great experience at Solaya London and wanted to specifically mention Paul on the front desk. Paul was excellent from the moment I arrived. Really welcoming, friendly and professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he made sure everything was sorted quickly and properly. What stood out was how genuine his service was. He wasn’t just doing his job, he actually took the time to make sure I was looked after and having a good experience. Paul is a real credit to Solaya and exactly the sort of person you want representing the place at the front desk. Great service throughout and definitely deserves recognition. Thanks again Paul, really appreciated everything.
