Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the hotel looks amazing, from the public spaces to the rooms. Couple travelling with seven year old daughter. I felt very safe in and around the hotel with her in tow. Genuinely cannot fault, and we'd go back in a heartbeat.

We spend 3 nights in this magnificent hotel. Service is impeccable. Top rooms. Really highly recommendable! We had room Service (breakfast) which was incredible!

I’ve stayed here quite a few times since it first opened and I would say it is now really firing on all cylinders. The welcome at reception was warm & felt genuine which is great on setting the right feel for the stay. Our room was spotless clean (as was the whole hotel) and some initial housekeeping requests were dealt with very efficiently. The views from the gym on the top floor makes working out a little more enjoyable. It’s very well equipped and good to see some heavier weights which is often missing in hotel gyms. The pool and spa were enjoyable and very well looked after with staff on hand to keep things tidy. This was my first visit with the 25th floor bar & restaurant (Solaya) being open so had drinks & dinner there. We were too late for sunset but I can imagine it’s a great spot for sundowners. The drinks, food and service was all excellent. Pricing is reasonable too, especially for such a ‘destination’ type venue. The restaurant & bar covers the whole floor so you have a great view from pretty much everywhere. There’s even a small terrace where you could sit outside which I’m looking forward to trying when it’s a little warmer. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. All the little touches were very much appreciated.
