Me and my partner visited here for our anniversary. Aurel at reception was so helpful and upgraded our room for us. There was a slight problem with the blinds and Ash the engineer came to fix this. Ash was so helpful and so nice and managed to get us upgraded to another room! Issac met us both at reception and showed us to our new room with a bottle of wine. The room is absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be happier with how we’ve been treated here. We stayed here last year and had such a good experience. We will definitely be coming back again

Wow what a stay There was a slight problem with the curtains however the staff worked to fixed that so special thanks to Ash who was the engineer that sorted it out and done his diligence to make sure we are content The reception staff were exquisite especially Aurel and Issac Ash, Aurel and Issac are brilliant representatives of the hotel which is fantastic

Art’otel experience is the best! Ash from engineering is absolutely a star, we troubled him with such a small enquiry regarding the TV and he came out to show us how to use everything & whilst he was here he helped with AC and answered all our questions! Such a great customer service.

I stayed at this gorgeous hotel last Saturday . It was absolutely LOVELY ! Starting from the aura and artsy vibe which this place does give you straight from the entrance through the best service at the reception desk to the perfect view from your room. What's more, because I have been there couples of time already - Ahmed, the receptionist remembered me and welcomed me with the nicest welcoming I could ever imagine - not even mentioning that he remembered my name ! Def , this is my spot on the map whenever I am in London !

One of the best experience I had in London. First time I stayed at Art'otel, I was impressed by the building, the facilities, the room and the staff. The room was spacious, well made, elevators were all working (which wasn't the case in the last 3 5* hotels I stayed in), the gym was huge and well equiped for London and the decoration unique. Really like my experience here and will come back.
