Need to be better: 1. No breakfast buffet. We had to choose hotels nearby to get buffet for app 25 GBP 2. Human hair in bed sheet first day 3. Luggages and bags from the guests need to be put away in locker room immediately Good 1. friendly staffs. Close to Old Street st. Bus top 205, 135 to Liverpool street. 2. Very beautiful interior design and security guards all day long. 3. Big room (Deluxe King) with enough spaces. No noise from outside at all. 4. Very pleasant shower heads 5. Good spa and professional gym areas 6. Nice view to the city

Stayed at The art’otel for the weekend with my wife. It was exceptional. The room on 21st floor had spectacular views and eating in the hotel restaurant was a truly great experience. Food was amazing!

Had an amazing experience straight from the beginning with 10/10 hospitality and service from Zak! The hotel itself was very modern and had great quality. Very clean, environment and overall a 10/10 experience!!

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, lovely room and superb views. Variety of food and all very hot. The only downside which is a personal preference is the height of the bed. Low!! Not as low as futon. Definitely use again.

Beautiful and modern decor. Clean and comfortable. The staff were hard working and super friendly. They truly made our stay amazing. Delicious breakfast and varied options available. Incredible pool, sauna and steam room. Every detail was impeccable. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks guys💜
