By using our application and service, you will have the opportunity to earn certain rewards (each, a “Reward”) based on transactions you may conduct or actions that you may take as described in a particular offer (“Offer”) made by a merchant or another third party (“Merchant”). Offers and Rewards may be subject to additional terms, conditions and restrictions that are set by us or the Merchant. Without limiting anything in these terms and conditions, you agree that: 

• The Merchant determines whether you met the conditions in the Offer, and we don’t control the Merchant and are bound by their decision. If you disagree with the Merchant’s decision, you may dispute that issue directly with the Merchant but agree that we and our technology partners have no liability to you for such claim or otherwise. 
• Rewards will only be issued for bona-fide completed transactions. Unless otherwise expressly stated in an Offer, each Offer/Reward is limited one (1) per user/account. You may not set up multiple accounts for yourself, your family members and other affiliates, impersonate or use another person’s account, or use any manual or automated means (such as for example, a macro, script, ‘bot, use of a ‘click farm’, etc.), or any other behavior or use of our products that are inconsistent with their normal and intended use, to circumvent these restrictions. If we or the Merchant determine that you tried to earn Rewards using any fraudulent or deceptive means, we reserve the right to cancel any and all of your Rewards and terminate your user account, and to report you to the authorities. We reserve the right to investigate any transaction or activity that we believe, in our sole discretion, is abusing or has abused any Offer, Reward or other promotion that we or any third party may provide through us. 
• You agree that we and the Merchants are not responsible for typographical mistakes in Offers and reserve the right to correct them as soon as they are discovered. We and our Merchants reserve the right to cancel all transactions affected by any mistake, refund all amounts paid and cancel all Rewards associated with such transactions, without any liability to you. 
• You agree that the maximum aggregate liability that we, our technology partners and our Merchants may have to you from any claims you may have regarding any Rewards is limited to a lifetime amount of $100, whether in a single claim or multiple claims. You may not circumvent this limitation by creating multiple accounts, membership or the like. 
• Customers must join Radisson Rewards to earn Radisson Rewards points. Members must click through the Radisson Rewards App – Extra’s Section in order to receive points for transactions/reservations with all listed commerce partners. There is no limit on the number of points a customer can secure through the earning of points. All points received through the Radisson Rewards App - Extra Merchants are subject to Radisson Rewards terms and conditions. Please refer to merchant terms on timing for points to be posted to your member account: Resy: Points are earned on seated reservations. If the reservation is cancelled, points will not be earned. Points will be posted within 10 days of the seated reservation. Reservations must be made through the Radisson Rewards App – Extra’s Section. Delivery.com: Points will not be earned on taxes, delivery fees, tips, promotions or coupons. If an order is canceled the points earned will be voided. Points will not be earned on purchases through 3rd party sellers like TicketCharge, FanXchange, Goldstar or Telecharge. Points will not be earned on Getaways, Groupon To-Go, Charities or Gift Cards. Points will be deposited in Member's Account 45 days after purchase. Jet: Points will not be earned on taxes, delivery fees, tips, promotions or coupons. If purchase is returned or canceled the points earned will be voided. Orders must be made through the Radisson Rewards – Extra’s Section. Points will be deposited in Member's Account 36 days after purchase. eBay: Points will be earned on legitimate Winning Bid or “Buy It Now” transactions. Points are not earned on bids placed with a sniping service/tool. Points will not be earned within the following categories: eBay Motors (including Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats, and Powersports; excluding Parts & Accessories), any form of Real Estate, eBay branded Gift Cards, Bullion, and Heavy Equipment within the Business & Industrial category.
