Radisson Rewards delivers localized, in-hotel member benefits at Radisson Hotel Group properties in China, provided by Jin Jiang Club - the upgraded loyalty program for Jin Jiang hotels, formerly known as WeHotel Rewards & WeHotel Prime.

  • What are the localized in-hotel member benefits that I will be receiving when I stay at a Radisson Hotel Group property in China?

  • When will this change take effect?

    The localized, in-hotel member benefits at Radisson Hotel Group properties in China will be delivered by Jin Jiang Club for all stays with arrival dates on or after August 1, 2019.

  • Will I earn Radisson Rewards points and qualifying nights and stays at Radisson Hotel Group properties in China?

    Yes. You will earn Radisson Rewards points and Elite qualifying nights and stays for all eligible hotel stays as you always have. There are no other changes to the Radisson Rewards program beyond the localized, in-hotel member benefits at our hotels in China, provided by the Jin Jiang Club program.

  • Can I redeem for Free Award Nights or Points + Cash at Radisson Hotel Group properties in China?

    Yes. You can redeem your points for Free Award Nights or Points + Cash at Radisson Hotel Group properties in China with no black-out date on standard rooms.

  • Which Radisson Hotel Group properties in China do the localized, in-hotel member benefits apply to?

    No. You do not need to join Jin Jiang Club program to receive in-hotel member benefits at Radisson Hotel Group properties in China. However, if you book other Jin Jiang hotels, you may choose to join Jin Jiang Club program at the front desk during your stay.
