The excellent service started at we entered the hotel. First of all, the concierge greeted us kindly. When we checked in, the front desk also introduced local food to us. Especially in the morning buffet, there are many types foods and good service.

Stayed 3 nights here, it's just right upon the metro station of Xibeijiao, one stop away from Tianjin West Railway station, 2 shopping malls close to it, most of the tourist attractions are within a distance of 8km. The room is big, the bed is comfortable, it's a nice stay here.

Located at a convenient location atop of a large shopping center and have direct access to the mall on the 3/F; and the hotel is also 5 mins driving distance to the Tianjin West Train Station. The room is spacious, a bit larger than a regular 4-star hotel; and the breakfast is above average, lots of variety with both chinese and western options.

I tend to stay at a lot of IHG properties and I love that Holiday Inn in China is almost always 4-5 stars. The pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was decend and the location was convenient. The room was quite large and very clean. Great property.

The hotel is in the centre of the city and close to a mall. The rooms are very clean and the staff at the front desk understand English and are helpful! The breakfast is good too and had fairly good wifi facility. I wish they could provide car rentals to the airport as its difficult to find cabs in Tianjin city.
