First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the owners of Radisson Blu Tashkent for providing such an outstanding, high-quality service where guest satisfaction is clearly a top priority. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Azamat, Security Manager, Ms. Kamola, Head Chef, Mr. Eduard, Reception Manager, both Ms. Elenas, the entire kitchen team, the reception staff, the employees working in the pool area, and all members of the hotel staff for their exceptional efforts and hospitality. Throughout our stay, the staff’s friendly, respectful, attentive, and solution-oriented approach made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The cleanliness and organization of the hotel, the overall quality of service, and especially the professionalism of the employees were truly impressive. I would particularly like to thank the kitchen team. The quality, variety, presentation, and taste of the food were excellent. The care shown toward guests’ requests and the sincere attitude of the staff elevate the hotel’s service standards to an even more special level. The reception team was always quick, polite, and helpful in every matter. Thanks to the professional approach of the security team, we felt completely comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The attention, cleanliness, and organization maintained by the staff working in the pool and common areas were also highly commendable. Radisson Blu Tashkent is not simply a hotel that provides accommodation; thanks to the warm attitude of its employees and its high standards of service, it is a special place where guests truly feel at home. It is clearly evident that behind such a successful team stands strong and professional management. Whenever we return to Tashkent, Radisson Blu Tashkent will definitely be our first choice without hesitation. We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Tashkent. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast had a very good variety, and the pool was also a great place to relax. What really made our experience special was the excellent hospitality and service from the reception team. A special thank you to Azala and Salavat at the reception. They were extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel genuinely valued as guests and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting Tashkent. We would happily stay at Radisson Blu Tashkent again

Very nice breakfast amazing if u love eating good food then go for breakfast of this hotel very nice

We stayed at Radisson Blu Tashkent twice this month, the stays either side of Samarkand. As VIP members our first stay was a little disappointing. Our concerns were expressed to Azaliya who listened and understood our issues and promised to ensure our return visit would be of the highest standard. Azaliya along with her colleagues certainly delivered. We are extremely happy with our second visit that has completely restored our faith in the Radisson brand. Thank you so much Azaliya, you're so professional and an absolute asset to the company. Thank you also to the rest of the team for making this a wonderful stay.
