I had a great weekend stay at this hotel, especially the staff was very friendly and helpfull. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked a extra night for me and my colleague using my reward points, I will definitely be staying here again.

"Excellent Stay"

A really nice new hotel in the centre of the city. Excellent staff from front desk to the restaurant. Excellent facilities in the hotel, which including gym and swimming pool.We eat dinner in the restaurant which was very good. We were seated by the window, so we had good views of the city. I did take advantage of the American Pool table, which is free to play on for residence. Our room was large and very modern. I cannot find a single fault. Well done everybody.

Saransk is a small city and in such a small city this hotel is a good one. The location is good every thing is available nearby.the staff are friendly. Has got a beautiful restaurant named panorama with beautiful view.

hotel just opened recently. still some construction in progress. rooms very comfortable but some improvements can be made: in my room airconditioning ok during day, at night not cooling. switching to channels caused numerous tv restarts or blackouts. shower water runs into bathroom general manager walking around regularly, but grumpy towards own staff, even in front of customers. Breakfast area ok with friendly staff. bread toaster difficult to use, had better cappuccinos in such type of hotel. nice pool Billard on ground floor / reception area. great location in city centre, one side viewing valley. nearby nice cathedral
