The dishes served at our à la carte restaurant are full of the aromas of Giant Mountain herbs—tarragon, lovage, and chervil, as well as honey from the local apiaries. Irresistible temptations include trout and venison dishes, as well as Silesian cuisine, which used to reign supreme in this region. Exquisite wines are a perfect complement to those delicacies—our wine list is based on wines from a Polish vineyard.
