The hotel has great staff. Olivia and Julia at reception are marvelous - very efficient. Hotel breakfast is VERY good, love the salads, cheeses, sausages and various hot stuff. The room (with view) is set up perfect with good beds for good sleep. Housekeeping does a GOOD job. The pool opens from 8 to 21 hrs with warm water. Kids will love the slides. As of May, 28 2026 the road to the hotel is paved!

Exceptional hotel in terms of price/quality indicator. Decent breakfast with variety of dishes (including local dishes & cheese), very good spa facilities and a great view from the window (if your room is located on the mountain sight). The property itself is new and sustained in perfect condition. The staff is also doing a good job.

Our stay at Radisson Szklarska Poręba was absolutely excellent. The hotel combines modern design with comfort, warmth, and a high standard of service that made us feel welcomed from the very first moment. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished – with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The wellness area was a highlight: relaxing, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool and sauna areas were never overcrowded, and the atmosphere was perfect after a day of hiking or skiing. Breakfast was another high point – generous, varied, and of great quality. Plenty of both local and international options, with fresh ingredients and excellent coffee. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Whether it was at reception, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone contributed to a smooth and enjoyable experience. We’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Szklarska Poręba – whether for nature, skiing, or just a relaxing weekend. We’ll definitely be back!

Can’t find any negative aspects of our stay there: • close to nature, mountain trails, still far from the city hustle and bustle; its own green area > perfect for those seeking a relaxing, quiet place; • not too big hotel, with friendly, efficient staff (restaurant, room service, reception desk); • rooms tidied on a daily basis; clean, light, modern; • not far away from the railway station - possible to organise train trips to different places. Alternatively, go one way by train and hike in the mountains back to the hotel; • both breakfast and dinner with good choice of food. Here compliments to the chef for the FRUIT SELECTION: wide selection of cut (grapefruits, oranges, pineapples, watermelons) and whole fruit is a good & healthy alternative for cakes or other sweet snacks.
