"Perfect paradise"

Oh, what a week we had in this beating place. The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything was just perfect in Mila and Radisson. Big appreciation to Kevin, he was so lovely and helpful. If we have a chance, we defo will come here ❤️

Can be noisy at weekends due to a venue outside which plays music till 3am. The beds are very hard. Location is good and can go for a nice walk up and down the promenade. Hotel accommodated requests I had.

I stayed here on a “business trip” for 4 nights in November with 34 other directors in the travel business. It was a great base for all our plans. However there was some occasions we had issues with the traffic getting on to the palm (which is normally why I choose to stay marina/JBR). But it was also a lovely location on West Beach being able to walk along to some lovely spots - including our morning at SAN Beach club. We had a room for 3 adults - one bedroom suite. Which actually worked out perfectly as meant we had 2 toilets/showers for getting ready. I had contacted ahead to confirm our late arrival time (2am ish) to ensure the sofa bed would be made up… however it wasn’t. This was quite disappointing as we wanted to get to sleep asap ahead of an early start but thankfully we didn’t need to wait too long for housekeeping to appear. The sofa bed was “ok” but not the most comfortable. We were bed and breakfast and the food was great. Didn’t eat any other meals so cannot comment here. The common areas were lovely and always clean and tidy. The pool area seemed lovely and not too busy (but maybe got busier later in the day when we were out). There is also the rooftop pool, China White, we went up to have a look at. Lovely set up with gorgeous views - I believe mid week hotel guests get access but weekends are chargeable (but definitely check this if you want to use during your stay). Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to clients. I would just be mindful of Palm traffic so would choose based on other plans while in Dubai.
