The services and family room with urban view was exceptional, the location is good if you are to go for game of rugby as it is a stadium hotel, there were no convenience stores near the hotel just the Tesco which is about 10 mins walk. We could not complain about the cleanliness of the hotel apart from the dirty windows and we could not enjoy the view outside. If it was cleaned, it would be lovely.

We absolutely LOVED our new years eve stay at the radisson RED in twickenham. The hotel itself was clean and full of amenities. Easy and free parking, and close to shops. Although you won't need a shop as everything you could need is available here. Free bottled water in rooms on arrival, room service and a beautiful bar on floor 2. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was big and very clean. We loved the large bath, especially a bonus for families with kids. The breakfast, was SO worth the money. We signed up to the free radisson membership on arrival and pre booked breakfast for the next day to receive a discount. It was so worth it. We really hope to stay again and will ensure we leave enough time to use the pool facilities on our next visit. Thank you so much for making our new years eve 2025 memorable.

hotel was decent value for money and well located esp if you like rugby! We had a nice meal in the restaurant although was quite noisy in the restaurant area with it being all open plan style.

I recently dined at a restaurant and would like to share some feedback regarding the service. Overall, the staff were polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. We were greeted promptly, and our orders were taken efficiently. Specially thanks to Sushant for a excellent service. I would be happy to return and recommend the restaurant to others.

One thing that makes a hotel special is the staff. My trip got off to a rocky start but it was promptly resolved by Anish. I was offered a 50% discount but because Anish’s customer service was so good I opted to pay full price for our rooms. It’s really difficult to turn an unhappy customer into a happy customer and Anish went above and beyond to make this happen. I think initially we were just unlucky but the staff proved that the standard of hospitality for the Radisson is high and I remember now why I use them for our trips.
