Second time staying at this hotel and it was nice to see all the upgrades which have happened since my last stay when Radisson had just taken it over from Marriott. This time around you could see the changes as the Red brand was prominent throughout the hotel. Loved the new entrance layout and the restaurant and room upgrades were spot on. Highly recommended hotel with easy access into London from Twickenham station.

Have stayed at this hotel a lot over the years due to business trips in the area. Really like the shift to Radisson and the brand / features are something i am a big fan of. I have been to other Radisson Red Hotels and it is very consistent across the board. The room was extremely large being an accessible one and also had great facilities. Beds are always very comfortable, the blackout curtains ensure a good sleep for all. Check in is always friendly and the staff are very helpful in all areas. The breakfast was in the huddle on the first morning which is an order your cooked option and the usual array of great pastries, cereals etc... the second morning was in the upstairs restaurant which is a full self service option. Both are great though and do set you up very well for the day. The whole ambience around the hotel is very good and it feels very safe and comfortable. All in all very impressed and certainly a hotel i always look at when staying anywhere. It is sometimes more expensive than other options but worth it if you want something a little more exclusive.

I stayed here in June this year. the hotel rooms and service were good and over all I liked and enjoyed my stay. today I was around this area and thought of stopping by and use the Lobby for couple of mails and a cup of coffee. what I liked the most was the receptionist pooja, she came and recognised me and asked about my wellbeing. I was not accepting any one to remember me as I had stayed for only a day. This will definitely make me come back here for sure.

Great hotel for the Rugby. Came up for the weekend to watch Eng v Argentina on the Sunday. Arrived Friday and went into London on the Saturday. Really easy travel links and short walk to the train station. Onsite parking was great, parked in North car park which is a 5 min walk around the outside of the stadium. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value.

The pizza in the restaurant was surprisingly delicious. Fresh ingredients, great flavour, and perfectly cooked. I would definitely recommend trying it during your stay.
