We stayed here for a family Birthday with family and met up with friends who also stayed here. The hotel is recently re-decorated and they have done a good job. The reception a foyer area are smart and have the signature Radisson scent (which I love!). We arrived early and asked to leave our bags, but to our delight the room was ready and we could go up to the room. Rooms are contemporary in decor but rugby themed and they are nicely appointed. Bathrooms have also been refreshed and are smart and new. My only gripe was the shower had no shelf or anywhere to put my things. Whilst I appreciate the body wash, shampoo and conditioner are fixed to the wall with dispensers, I also brought my own things and there was nowhere to place them in the shower. There was also no handle on the inside of the shower door. Both minor but odd that there is no provision. Staff at reception were excellent for the whole stay. The only bit that let's the hotel down is the food area known as "The Huddle". Staff in here try hard but it doesn't quite reach the standard of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is part buffet but all hot food is made to order, which can create a wait. Times are also different to other Radissons with breakfast at weekends ending at 10.30am instead of the usual 11am. Decaffinated coffee is a must for me now and it's never usually an issue, but in this hotel I was told it was not available when we went for an afternoon coffee, but the following morning at breakfast, was told they had instant coffee sachets. Decaf coffee is something a lot of people request so this hotel need to join other Radissons with being able to offer it. Overall, though, a pleasant stay and I would stay again.

What a most wonderful stay. The room was fabulous! So very spacious! I felt definitely spoilt! The bed was lovely, the shower was great, the coffee and biscuits were divine! I do love when a biscuit is added to the coffee and tea facilities. <3 The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely throughout! Even with the shy winter sun, the view was lovely as well! I do recommend it. Rooms Perfect! Space for working, reading, getting ready. Fabulous, big and comfortable bed and pillows!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Red Twickenham last Wednesday night. Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, lovely room and a very comfortable bed. I ate in The Huddle both for dinner and breakfast and I couldn’t fault it. The honey display at breakfast was particularly impressive! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a late meeting very nearby, with a long drive home, so decided to book a stay for the night. The Radisson was the closest hotel and very glad I did. The check-in staff were very pleasant, which is a nice change, and I was swiftly on my way to my room. Room was very nice and I got a call from reception shortly after to see if everything was OK, which was a nice touch. I decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, The Huddle, which was very nice but a couple of minor gripes with the staff. I assume they were new and could probably do with a bit more training. After receiving my menu the waitress returned after about 90 seconds to see if I was ready to order. This is very poor. I then ordered a starter and main and they both arrived at the same time. Again, very poor. I should have returned the main but I could imagine this being kept warm in the kitchen before making its way back to my table a few minutes later. I did receive a free pint of Guinness from the manager (I assume) as he found me wandering around the bar on the 1st floor looking for a drink after my meal. Breakfast was again very nice the following morning, and check-out staff were equally helpful and jolly as when I arrived. Overall, a very nice stay and I shall be back soon.

Excellent service throught and the pure natural honey combs for breakfast was perfect!! I will certainly come back
