Lovely clean modern hotel, nice spacious rooms equipped with everything we needed, staff are all amazing especially Sabina at reception

Easy to find. Stayed to attend at match at The Stoop which was literally 5 mins slow walk away. Some issues with the rooms at booking not as booked but sorted out quite well by the desk staff. Rooms were huge, modern and comfortable. Sadly couldn’t get a pitch view. It must be busy and very expensive international weeks. Easy walk to Twickenham for multiple restaurant options although the onsite offering was popular. Breakfast was good and fresh despite only a few other customers seen. Take a trip to the museum next door. If you’ve the money it would be astounding for an England game.

Sabina, Angelica and Donna, Puja at reception are very professional and helpful. They make my visits very enjoyable, love having chat with them. The room was nice and clean, the beds are comfortable. Good experience every time, i have stayed.

This hotel is comfortable, friendly and in a good position for us, with family in Twickenham. We got a very good deal, which included an excellent breakfast! It was a shame that others in the dining room did not control their children…….but that is not the fault of the hotel! I didn’t sleep well as the pillows are really thick and I have neck problems. I will take my own next time. All in all, a great couple of nights, and will definitely be going again.

Awesome venue, Great rooms and distance to venue was 100%! Great breakfast with amazing choice, fabulous!
