From the moment we arrived at Radisson Red Tbilisi, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth. The ladies at the reception were incredibly friendly and assisted us immediately with a smooth check-in. They even upgraded our room in celebration of our anniversary, and later surprised us with a bottle of red wine and delicious desserts — such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our day. The hotel itself is elegant, cozy, and perfectly located. The atmosphere, service, and overall vibe made our stay truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Saba, who kindly extended our checkout when I needed to take a very important online meeting from the room. His support made everything stress-free. This is a 7-star experience in service. We will definitely be coming back — Radisson Red Tbilisi will always be our place to stay.

I think the Radisson Red is a very nice hotel. The rooms and lobby/restaurant are very clean. Also, the staff is super friendly. I also really liked the food in the restaurant.

The hotel is located a short work from the centre of town. The staff were friendly, and the room was lovely, clean and quiet. The hotel offers excellent amenities and staff were always available to help from the time I arrived, 1am!!, until the time I left. They even assisted with transportation to the airport.

Radisson RED is supposed to be a mid-tier brand with character, unlike Radisson Blu which is more for business. The building used to be a post office and recently converted into a hotel. I was positively surprised, it felt a lot closer to a full service hotel than a budget brand such as Moxy while retaining the refreshing features for a change in scenery from boring business hotels. As Radisson VIP tier guest, I was upgraded to a suite. The construction quality was good and I was impressed by very high ceilings. This could easily be a Design Hotel (Marriott chain), in fact even the hallways were interesting, not only the restaurant or the room. The breakfast also felt close to full service hotel, it was not a cheap budget breakfast. For my dates Radisson RED was half price compared to Sheraton Grand and Marriott where I stayed in the past. Overall, solid value.
