  • Found the hotel to be friendly welcoming , Staff were very polite and friendly, check in was seamless . The room was spacious comfortable and clean the only thing i will say the carpet in the corridors looked worn , food was great staff were very accomadating overall loved this hotel

  • Night before long haul Florida flight at terminal 3 which is just across the road. £15 parking overnight at hotel. Pool (15m) and gym were quite nice. Staff all very helpful and most importantly rooms clean spacious and comfortable with lovely shower. One room had nespresso coffee maker- superior family room otherwise it was identical to other family room- very large queen bed and bunk beds which fold away. Would come again. Iron in room. Air conditioning worked well

  • Room was clean, bed was comfortable, check In was fast and easy. Did not eat at restaurant but there was nice Indian restaurant 10 mins walk away. Used a taxi and Uber to get back and forth from airport. I think the free shuttle buses will add an hour or more to the 6 minute transit time otherwise.

  • Welcome glass of Bucks Fizz while we waited to check in was very welcome. Efficient and helpful staff throughout. Restaurant had tasty food and Darwin who served us was brilliant - friendly and helpful. Very good value for hotel + parking before we went away.

  • Modern, super clean comfortable hotel with helpful staff, especially the front of house Mgr. Mr Lane. Two good restaurants on site plus fast food & pubs nearby. Gas station next door.Short trip to LHR by shuttle or taxi. Rooms were comfortable & quiet! This property treats people as real guests, not just transiting passengers-unusual in this day & age. Appreciated an hour early check in without an exorbitant add on fee. First time at a Radisson ( usually Hilton or IHG brand) - will definitely stay again .
