This hotel features such a cool design with a fun, playful reception area. But what made my stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional service. Sylwia at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. When I casually asked her about the local area, she provided me with detailed and fantastic recommendations. I am so grateful for her warm hospitality and amazing multilingual support. We enjoyed our stay for our short break. Nice and friendly staff, check-in was easy. We were on the 2nd floor, nice size room and clean, and the rest of the hotel was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel provided toiletties and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was more continental, but still a variety to choose from. Restaurant in the evening, the menu was a small choice to choose from and not to overpriced. In the lobby area, a few game machines and a pool table. Area where the hotel is located, you can walk to the old square around 30 minutes.

Fab hotel!! Bar and restaurant area is great, breakfast fab about 20 mins walk to the square but good location and about 30 mins from airport ...nice walk to town

I had a really great stay at Radisson RED Krakow. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe, and the facilities were excellent — especially the comfortable rooms, gym, and relaxing common areas. Everything was very clean and well-maintained throughout the stay. The location is also a big plus, as it’s close to the city center and within easy reach of Krakow’s main attractions. What made the experience even better was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always welcoming and happy to assist with anything. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend it.
