Great stay and overall experience! Nice, clean hotell overall with nice rooms. The best was the staff. When I checked in I got a 5 star welcoming and service by Julia and Julia in the reception!

We stayed in the apartment section and were very happy with our stay. Everything was beautiful, clean and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. All the staff were kind, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant area itself is absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again! Highly recommended!

Stylish hotel with polite check-in/check-out staff. 3 x fast lifts transporting guests to all of the 8 floors above ground. The fact that a busy major road was just outside the hotel made no difference, road noise was fairly non-existent. It was probably a 30min walk to the Old Town (though certainly much less for someone the good side of 60), just head West and walk beyond the station. Breakfast was superb and the tables were cleaned fairly rapidly after diners had left. The rooms appeared clean, but when I had cause to use the bedside light in the middle of the night, it was obvious that there was a fair amount of dust in the atmosphere, but that was the only negative. Room 710. There was a water machine on every floor and bottles provided in the room for collection along with glasses. Across the small square just outside the hotel was a 'frog shop', well that's what we call them anyway. The Żabka (translated to Frog) shops can be likened to a British Spar or US Seven/Eleven, but you can get pizza and hotdogs from them. If you hang a little pouch outside your door in the morning it means "I don't need my room serviced", and the reward is that your pouch has a wheaty/chocolate breakfast bar or 2 in it when you return to the hotel. All in all we had a great 2nd time at the hotel, and would certainly stay there again.

An excellent location for visiting Krakow and surroundings. The rooms were in excellent condition and comfortable. Although located by a busy road you are not conscious of this inside the hotel. A good selection for the breakfast buffet. A few small eateries just around the corner from the hotel. However, it is only a 10 minute walk to the bus and train stations, and just a bit further to the Old Town.

This hotel features such a cool design with a fun, playful reception area. But what made my stay truly unforgettable was the exceptional service. Sylwia at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. When I casually asked her about the local area, she provided me with detailed and fantastic recommendations. I am so grateful for her warm hospitality and amazing multilingual support. Thank you for making my trip so special!
