Close to Kraków Głowny, not in tourist area allowing real-life feel, public transit easily available, plenty of necessities within walking distance, fantastic area and guest relations, beautiful design and decorations, thoughtful and filled with charm! Every staff member in any position was just so kind and pleasant! Absolutely loved our visit, and will definitely return!!! = )

Absolutely amazing hotel, room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was more than accommodating to set you up for the day ahead and great location only 30 minutes walk to the main square and five minutes from the train station. Would certainly book a Radisson Red again!

Very clean pleasant comfortable hotel which offers breakfast and dinner options . Aswell as gym .located about 20 mins walk from the old town. Around 10 mins walk from the bus and train services. Ideal for us

This hotel was amazing! From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted by English speaking staff on reception. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The amenities are also brilliant. The hotel decor is modern with a quirky twist. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and amazing. I can’t fault anything about this hotel and would definitely stay again or choose another Radisson Red. The distance to all the sights is an easy 10 minute stroll. The restaurant is Italian and I ate there twice! Highly recommend, it’s better than your average hotel food! This hotel helped make our stay in Krakow brilliant!
