We just spent 4 nights at Radisson Red Hotel Innsbruck. We felt comfortable and welcome from the minute we stepped into the lobby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful which instantly make us feel relaxed. We ere fortunate to get an upgrade ! The hotel is well located - out of the train station main entrance, cross the road, turn right , then look out for the first alley way on your left. Walk all the way (pass a bank and a couple shops) and Radisson entrance is on your left. It’s easy to miss as there is no sign in the walls from this direction , though there is a huge entrance mat with RadissonRed on it. There is a cafe/bar on the 9th floor with fantastic views. The room are spacious, clean, well maintained , comfortable and have a great view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. Must admit the rain shower was fantastic! The breakfast was plentiful for us . The highlight of the morning breakfasts is meeting Dave, A personable, well-mannered young man, who took care of us and make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the breakfast cafe and chats with Dave. We would highly recommend Radisson Red and will be back again . ❤️

My wife and I recently had an awkward situation where we were not sure whether we would need to stay another night until later on the day we were checking out. The hotel staff were so understading and accomodating and we could not have wished for any better help. This hotel has not been open many weeks but on the basis of our stay it will do very well. Its convenient for the train station and easily walkable to the old town and as mentioned above excellent customer service.
