"beautiful brand new hotel"

A very modern centrally located hotel with good parking and with an impressive roof terrace, perfect for a panoramic view during breakfast.

Relatively new and within walking distance of Innsbruck's main train station, this hotel is located. From the outside, the hotel, surrounded by older residential buildings, looks a bit like a foreign body. And even inside, there is a break in style, as elements of Brutalism are abundantly present as accents. At least this architecture is interesting. The rooms, on the other hand, are functionally modern and mostly equipped for practicality. In the lower floors, there are businesses that are not directly associated with the hotel. The same goes for the rooftop level. There is a bar that is used as a breakfast area in the morning. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and egg dishes are prepared to order at the counter. A small fitness room is also available and equipped with the essentials. I can definitely recommend this hotel in Innsbruck for an overnight stay in that price range.

It is definitely heading in the right direction! Can be proud of it, - also with the staff! With the elevator, the first card did not work, or the carpet in the sleeping area was not clean at all, or on the rooftop for breakfast consumption, when more guests are in the hotel - please ensure that there is always someone at the "reception" ... this is, in my opinion, very, very important! Especially for the reason that the restaurant and breakfast kitchen do not operate DIRECTLY with the hotel, but must be billed externally with the hotel. I noticed that this morning 3 hotel guests were required and briefly suspected, of not having booked breakfast and yet sitting at the breakfast table and consuming. THIS is extremely embarrassing for the guest and for the staff to address this with the guest ... is absolutely unacceptable. This definitely needs improvement! I was not affected, - but an English-speaking guest who had taken a seat very close to me and was already eating. These are all childhood diseases that will surely be "cured," but I am self-employed in tourism... and can therefore empathize well with the guests.
