All over a good and professional experience, professional and friendly staff all over. Excellent breakfast exeperiences! Centrally located and near all the old town attractions.

Stayed with family for 4 nights on a holiday. The location is so convenient with the tram station & grand bazaar couple of mins walk away. Other main attractions are also walkable within 15 minutes or so. The hotel and rooms are very well maintained (though some elements could do well with a refurbishment). The staff is just excellent and extremely helpful & prompt. Couple of times we called up the reception to report some minor issues, they attended to it instantly even if it was late in the night. The breakfast spread is pretty good too. Will definitely stay again. High five to the wonderful staff and their service.

The whole team were amazing here. They worked really hard to accommodate our participants and many requests. The room, refreshments and meals were perfect. Big kudos to Eda, Nergis, Abdulrahim, Muhittin and Mehmat

We had an amazing stay at the Radisson hotel, Old Istanbul. Staff, location and all the facilities were just awesome. A big thumbs up to Hazim, Guest Manager who was extremely available, patient and knowledgable!!! Again to the Lady Cleaners the bell boys, the Staff at the Restaurant and Staff at the Front Desk and at the doors of the hotel, just a big THANK YOU to you all from all my family and myself! A very nice hotel. Great location close to all major sites. Excellent breakfast buffet. Breath-taking views from the roof top terrace.
