Neat and clean , well maintained. Even though there was some maintenance , they did their best to ensure a good stay. Located close to the Al Hamra corniche at Walking distance. Enough parking at the property. The breakfast was provided in the room as there seems to be some work in the restaurant. however, the quality and quantity was very good.

I would like to thank Mrs Roaa Bagdadi for her kindness in dealing with our requests. She was honest and wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for family, it is really nice and clean with perfect location.

I visited jeddah with my family and we stayed vivid hotel. Its new hotel front staff is very helpful. Its a new hotel with new furniture and swimming is good. We had dinner in Jasmine restaurant its simply awsum. Thanks to everyone.

New 5star hotel reception staff was very good with me they make feel very comfortable early checkin. Food was fantastic and good breakfast restaurant very new and neat good buffet at dinner. Over all it’s a best experience I recommend to stay in Vivid

"Long Stay - High Standard top quality hotel"

I am a long stayer at the new Vivid Hotel. The hotel design is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and hospitable and go out of their way to make the client feel comfortable. Rooms are spotless. Buffet breakfast and dinner had many options for all and very tasty menu item! I was very impressed with the hygiene standards of this hotel. I used the laundry services and there was an efficient turnaround. This hotel should be awarded 10 Stars as it is better than some of the chains I have stayed at (marriot, intercontinental etc)! I would highly recommend this hotel to all.
