From the moment we stepped into the hall we were greeted by a delightful member of staff who assisted us in every way possible. Our rooms were ready as requested so we could shower after our long journey from Europe before our super massage in the hotel's spa. The buffet lunch was excellent value and the staff were constantly available for any request. We also dined in the hotel and the buffet breakfast was very good. We finally had supper in the bar on the first floor and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Our rooms were comfortable and the shower was enormous. The numerous staff were charming and incredibly helpful. Can really recommend the hotel for value for money and feeling like home after only two days. Thanks to all.

I stayed here for about 3 days. It was a pleasant, well organised, and smooth stay. The staff were heedful of all requests we raised. We used both restaurants in the hotel, both exemplary. Buffets have a good spread and variety. The management have the pulse on the guests, and are always present to help. A couple of highlights - an invite to the cocktails on the open air top floor, spacious rooms and the classy accessories, and the excellent spa. The location is central and well connected. I would stay here again if needed, and would recommend to others as well. One suggestion - I think you should have a store. I was eager to buy a bathrobe because it is of exceptional design and quality. Kudos to JP Menon and Amudha for their hand in achieving this.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group. One of my group had severe food allergies and the hotel went out of their way to ensure he stayed safe and allergy free All the staff were extremely professional and helpful Highly recommended this hotel
