My stay at St. Mark’s Hotel, Bengaluru, a member of Radisson Individuals, was truly wonderful and memorable. What makes this hotel stand out is not just its comfortable accommodation and excellent facilities, but the genuine warmth, personal attention, and hospitality extended to every guest. A special mention goes to Mr. J. P. Menon, who personally takes care of the guests and ensures that everyone feels welcomed, valued, and comfortable. His thoughtful approach to hospitality is truly commendable. One of the highlights of my stay was the “Cocktails and Conversations” evening he thoughtfully organised for a select group of guests. It was a wonderful initiative that brought people from different backgrounds and cultures together, encouraging meaningful conversations, connections, and cultural bonding. Such thoughtful experiences make a hotel stay much more than just accommodation. The entire staff deserves appreciation for being exceptionally polite, courteous, and professional. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job, with room cleaning carried out every single day without fail, maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, the hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, quality food, and personalised service. The dedication of Mr. J. P. Menon, the warmth of Ramesh, and the courteousness of the entire team make this property truly special. It is great as usual; its food and service is as usual. Now the shampoo and conditioner, lotion are good but generic The earlier one had character.. That needs to be available also
