Namaha Nainital Radisson Resort — A Stay Wrapped in Warmth and Mountain Grace Our recent five-day stay at Namaha Nainital, Radisson Resort was nothing short of restorative — the sort of holiday one remembers with a quiet smile long after the bags are unpacked. Perched amidst the Kumaoni hills, the property has that unmistakable old-world charm: sunlit terraces, rooms with a graceful vintage feel, and every modern amenity tucked discreetly into place. But what truly elevates the experience is the human touch — the remarkable team who run this haven with warmth, precision, and unflagging good cheer. At the Front Office, one is welcomed with the brightest smiles and the most impeccable courtesy. Harshita, with her grace and effortless efficiency, deserves a particular mention. Shikhar, Ajay, Rishabh, and Tosif form a team that anticipates needs almost before they are expressed. Their friendliness set the tone for the entire stay, and we remain deeply impressed by their poise. Down at Panorama, the hotel’s restaurant, the hospitality only rises. Mr. Deen Dayal Bhatt stands out as an exceptional presence — warm, attentive, ever gracious. Gopal was an anchor of steady service, while the two Vijays, one at the bar and one among the table attendants, kept everything running with quiet aplomb. Among the team, a special word for Shivani, a beautiful, sprightly young lady whose warmth and energy brightened every meal. The service is further strengthened by Shyam, Sundar, and the capable F&B Manager, Ashutosh — all of whom ensured every dining experience was a pleasure. A word, too, for those behind the scenes: Neetu, the talented chef; Meenakshi from F&B; and the ever-helpful Harshit, Mohan, Sandeep, and Anil. We regret not having the full list of chefs, for every dish — especially the delightful Kumaoni specialities — bore the unmistakable mark of skill and pride. Housekeeping deserves a chapter of its own. Sayma, who leads the department, is the very picture of competence and charm — a young lady with drive, warmth, and the enviable ability to keep an entire wing running like clockwork. Raju, Madan, and Aman carried out their work with diligence, courtesy, and a genuine eagerness to help. If, by some chance, we have omitted a name or two, we hope they will forgive us. It is not forgetfulness but sheer human limitation; every single person who attended to us did so with warmth and attention, and each contributed to making our holiday a truly happy one. We have tried our best to commit their names to memory. Our heartfelt thanks — and a special nod to Harshita, Mr. Bhatt, Gopal and Vijay ( Table Attendant) who made the experience all the richer. We fully intend to return — and soon. My birthday falls on 4th March. Accordingly, we hope to be back at Namaha on the eve of my birthday, 3rd March 2026, to celebrate in this serene corner of the mountains once again. To the entire team: may your careers rise and flourish like the very hills that surround your lovely resort. Stayed at Namath Namital and had a wonderful experience! The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the service given, be it front desk, room service, dinning. Deserve 5 * on it. Overall, a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naman Radisson Would definitely come back.

Fabulous stay at an excellent hotel. Grounds are beautiful, the food is good, staff are incredibly helpful and the rooms are comfortable. They have activities on and also provide a shuttle taxi service to the lake. Would recommend.
