The location is very easy to reach. The food is awesome. The ambience is asthetic. Behaviour of all the staff here is very welcoming. Easy access to all the amenities particularly the shuttle service . The games/play area is a fun place to be. The morning and evening time in Garden area is truly mesmerising. Rishabh and Deepti at the reception were very hepful and welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at Namah Nainital Radisson. We were given a beautiful lake view room, thanks to Manisha, who is such a lovely and helpful person. The view was absolutely stunning and made our stay extra special. Breakfast was excellent full of flavours and great taste, with plenty of options to enjoy. A special highlight was the stargazing session with Mr. Roy. He is extremely experienced, patient, and explained everything so well it was a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here for the hospitality, food, views, and unique experiences. Definitely a must-stay in Nainital!

We stayed at Mani Maharani Radission hotel nanital for one night. We reached the hotel at 3am in the morning as we were told from hotel arranged by Make My Trip that our booking is cancelled so in an emergency Make My trip arranged the above hotel which was a very good thing done by them. After a longest ride in rubbish car and rough driver sent by Guruji Travels Delhi for almost 16 to 17 hours we were tired mentally and physically. We were also a victim of online fraud at this point in the name of booking hotel. We were tired , conned, harassed. They welcomed us very warmly after which we went to our room. I am a British citizen and was travelling with my senior citizen parents. Room was extremely comfortable and 100 / 100 hospitality plus super clean with all facilities. We ordered food and tea at that time and we got it promptly and it was delicious. I decided to file a police complain regarding the online fraud that happened with us. On asking an amazing reception staff about how to proceed with this he guided me nicely and suggested to speak with manager in the morning and that he shall guide me in correct direction. Next morning I spoke to two managers Mr Ankur and Mr Mohit they heard me so patiently and arranged for me to make a police complain as I had no clue about that in that unknown city. They took all my details and photocopied all needed documents for me to make an official complain. I couldn't thank them enough for what they did at that time of our difficulty. They both were so humble and so kind. They made us feel so safe snd looked after. Thank you so much to all the staff snd mangers who make this place an excellent hitel to chose if you are on holidays. I strongly recommend this hotel..100/100.
