Mostly good, but somewhat inconsistent!

2024-10-25We ate several breakfasts and two dinners at Monica, located on the sixth floor of the Panarams Hotel. Service was always excellent and the breakfast buffet was consistently good. The good for the two dinners was inconsistent though. One dinner was very good, but the other was poor (chicken dry and tasteless).
