Excellent location, Great Hospitality, from checkin to overall stay is smooth. The drivers of shuttle service to mall road are courteous. Neeraj from F&B Service is a star employee and makes sure that all the needs are well taken care of. Will definately book this hotel in our next visit to Mussoorie.

We had an amazing stay at Radisson Very well maintained property at very good location They also provide shuttle service to the mall road. Special thanks to Miss.Palak for being so attentive and kind . Great hospitality . Food was also very delicious. We had a great time here.

It was a fantastic and comfortable stay. The staff is very courteous, professional and polite. Highest level of hospitality and comfort. Special shout out to Deepanshu, Palak and Ashu for being the amazing hosts. Will definitely visit again.

The service was really good and everything went well.We had a celebration and it was wonderful with the help of staff specially Palak ma'am and Deepanshu sir were very kind and hospitable..Loved the services and had an amazing weekend

The hotel and staff are the key highlights. The approach road is not great however a complementry shuttle till paid parking is provided which is helpful. The walk from Library Chowk to the paid parking is about 250mts with last 50 mts being steep climb till the pick up point for the shuttle. Fromt desk (Deepanshu and Palak) were humble and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel since it's very close to Library chowk. Great food. Nice and cozy ambience. Awesome staff which makes your stay wonderful.
