We had a wonderful experience at the Noom Hotel Dakar. The facilities are excellent, and the service is outstanding. The personnel are welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. Special recognition goes to Ms. Penda from the Customer Relations desk, whose warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness truly stood out. I received very positive feedback from members of our event group, all of whom felt well cared for. Highly recommended for both events and leisure stays.
