Overall I had a great experience at the Noom Hotel in Dakar. Starting from checking in, Cheikh was very pleasant and professional. Although he wasn’t very fluent in English and I wasn’t fluent in French but his kindness and friendly demeanor made the process a smooth one. Sade and Penda at the Concierge desk were also professional and kind. They both were very knowledgeable about the city and made some recommendations of places (restaurants etc) for me to visit. They also arranged for a driver and a vehicle for me to get around in. Overall my experience was a wonderful one. I will certainly be going back. Although my overall experience with the staff was great, but if you ever visit be sure to ask for Cheikh, Penda and Sade.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Noom. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Penda, the concierge, stood out for her calm, problem-solving approach and genuinely friendly attitude. I am truly grateful for her professionalism, which contributed greatly to the success of our event. Many thanks as well to Sade and Mme Coumba for their support. Special appreciation goes to Siaka, who treated our event as if it were his own—always willing to help, even with requests beyond his responsibilities. Gas from the business center was also very helpful. Overall, we sincerely appreciate the dedication and support of the entire team. Thanks to my friend, Fatma Dia, also to the entire management team.

I came for a brunch and the experience was amazing! Honestly one of the best brunch in Dakar so far! A lot of animation it’s just super super extra with the amazing sea view 🤩

I always have an amazing time at Noom. All of the staff is incredible. Special shout out to Ousmane, Magigeen, Phillipe and Fatimata. There are so many more names that I wish I could name them all. But, honestly they are a great and caring bunch!

I was nice , specially the one serving the tea. She is polite very welcoming and friendly. She (Maty) made the stay nice , after a nice lunch . Hope to see you again. #noom&#
