Gym was very small, lack of room service and lack of spa. But hotel room is spacious, clean and modern. Location is good. Breakfast could have been more various.

The hotel is spacious and the beautiful staff are friendly. We noticed that the heating system in the room didn’t work well and there was too much cold coming from the window. Breakfast very delicious

I really like the hotel, it felt luxurious and modern which is really rare in Sofia. Front desk staff was also really friendly. Emplyes at breakfast didnt suit to this luxurious hotel with their annyoed attitude and with phone sticked to their hands.

Clean, tidy hotel with good staff. Ideally located, very close to the airfield and the Atuobahn.

Sofia Metropolitan Hotel is nice place for accommodation. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast can be included in room price. Additionally, hotel has a nice restaurant offering various foods and drinks.
