Great stay with a unique experience included I stayed at the Gonville Hotel for one night and had a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxed yet high quality. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to unwind. The location is also excellent for exploring Cambridge. A real highlight of the stay was the Bentley tour, which was included in the price. This was such a unique and memorable touch. The chauffeur, Mike, was outstanding – not only a great driver but also a very knowledgeable guide. He shared interesting historical stories about Cambridge and its universities, which made the experience both fun and insightful. I didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast this time, but based on the overall standard of the hotel, we expect it to be just as good. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend the Gonville Hotel to anyone visiting Cambridge.

Mike’s tour of Cambridge and the surrounding villages in a Bentley was fantastic! It was a treat to be driven around in such a beautiful car and Mike’s knowledge was excellent and he has a wonderful manner which really added to our experience in Cambridge.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding service in the heart of downtown Cambridge. It is easily accessible to practically everything the city has to offer. The continental and hot breakfast buffet is wonderful, with an excellent variety of menu items. The service throughout our stay was personable, friendly, and patient. The hotel itself is immaculate, with cozy rooms and spacious bathrooms. The grounds are beautiful, and the multiple dining rooms are both comfortable and generously sized. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by Abi, who made our arrival both pleasant and informative. During breakfast, our maître d’, Tiago, ensured that everything was perfect and that our stay was truly memorable.

we arrived at the gonville for our 2nd wedding anniversary , after a 2 .5 hour drive here we met zane who took us for our bentley tour of cambridge . what an amazing guy zane is we drove around for an hour . seeing the sites of cambridge we were having such good conversation the time just flew by . really welcoming really nice guy and a great experience to do whilst you are here would highly recommend . Thank you Gonville hotel and zane for this amazing experience!
