Its been a good 21 years since we last stayed in this hotel and it has been worth the wait. Arrived at this hotel from the Opera area, where we had stayed in a Best Western for two nights and it was only a steady 20 minute walk between the two. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom with an excellent power shower and a fridge which was a big plus. The hotel room and corridor were not as dark as it was when we first visited. The hotel was centre to where we wanted to go Sacre Coeur (20 mins) and Buttes Chaumont another 25 minutes. A good one night stay in a good hotel in a good location and with excellent staff - what more do you want. Bon journey

Within strolling distance of both Gares du Nord and de l’Est and just off Boulevard Magenta, the hotel is well positioned for arrival from CDG Airport and access to transport links to Paris’s tourist sites. Staff at the hotel were all welcoming and courteous while the room was spacious with sufficient wardrobe space to accommodate a 5 day visit. I would not hesitate to book at the hotel for any future trip.

This hotel is perfectly located to fulfill every possible need of tourists. What's more, the staff of the hotel is second to none.

Really enjoyed our six night stay here over Xmas with family group of six including young children. As ALL members we were upgraded to privilege rooms. Rooms were great, clean and functional although despite having a kettle it could not be plugged in without placing it on the floor. Understand sustainability but still found it strange drinking coffee from a paper cup. We really loved the breakfast room and breakfasts. Met the manager one morning who explained the history of the building and the basement. Tried the little bar area for a few wines. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall excellent stay and would stay here again!

We stayed for four nights for a family trip to Paris. Great location near multiple Metro lines and only a few minutes to the Canal Saint Martin. All our rooms were well appointed and had everything we needed - the honey toiletries, chilled water and little chocolates were a nice touch - and it was really kind of the staff to upgrade my parents’ room as it was a special occasion. There was also free coffee and mineral water in reception and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
