Convenient check in and check out. Easy and hustle free.Great selection for breakfast with warm dishes. Huge parking (open and basement).

Very good location for underground and there were some small friendly restaurants nearby. Self manned check in and out, and you will need to put all passport details ect into the computer for each person staying. There was a member of staff to help when we arrived but I noticed that others struggled at different times of the day as there was no-one to help. The hotel is clean and rooms were spacious. The breakfast was the usual continental with some hot food. Tables were difficult to find at breakfast which isn't just my opinion as others we met said the same. The bar has a limited selection of drinks but if you like beer you'll be fine. It is a large hotel and sometimes the music was very loud at night but you can't hear it from your room However, it did put me off having a drink at the bar one night.

The whole experience was easy, the breakfast was delicious and everyone was friendly, we had dinner there both nights and the service, food and drinks were brilliant. The Guest service helped us with transport and where eager to help I would definitely recommend it

Stayed for the marathon and have to say you looked after us all very well 5am breakfast on race day was a nice touch. Big thanks to the bar restaurant staff too very friendly. would definitely recommend.

Stayed for 4 nights enjoyed breakfast one morning which was a substantial buffet only average coffee though unfortunately. The bar and restaurant area was large with a peaceful outside courtyard area. The rooms themselves were well equipped and sized with super comfy beds and no noise from the street or other rooms. Would recommend a stay!
