Stayed here with 2 friends for 3 nights, we shared a family room. Rooms aren't as big as we expected but are clean, very well maintained with nice bathrooms. Hotel gives off a calm but professional and friendly vibe with its decor and communal spaces. Breakfast was fantastic. Service in the bar in the evening was great too, maybe a bit pricey. Good public transport connections via bus close by to the hotel and around 15 min walk to Berlin Zoo, which is worth a visit. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Berlin.

The hotel is in a great central spot. Walking distance to Berlin Zoo and about 30 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate through the gorgeous Tiergarten park. We didnt use public transport but we used ubers which are fast and easy to book. We didnt get to the hotel until midnight but two gentlemen checked us in and was very polite. Lidl is a 5 minute walk this was handy for waters and snacks. The shop in the lobby was always open but expensive. We only had lunch once at the hotel when we checked out which was nice but limited. TV is standard German channels so we could only use the music channel. Coffee machine is lovely but youll need your own milk. Rooms are clean 👌 we loved berlin was an amazing weekend with unexpected 20 degrees days.

Very kind and welcoming staff, helped us with everything we needed.The building is very modern, clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient check in and check out. Easy and hustle free.Great selection for breakfast with warm dishes. Huge parking (open and basement).

Very good location for underground and there were some small friendly restaurants nearby. Self manned check in and out, and you will need to put all passport details ect into the computer for each person staying. There was a member of staff to help when we arrived but I noticed that others struggled at different times of the day as there was no-one to help. The hotel is clean and rooms were spacious. The breakfast was the usual continental with some hot food. Tables were difficult to find at breakfast which isn't just my opinion as others we met said the same. The bar has a limited selection of drinks but if you like beer you'll be fine. It is a large hotel and sometimes the music was very loud at night but you can't hear it from your room However, it did put me off having a drink at the bar one night.
