It was one day stay, and really liked this hotel. I'm planning yo stay in this hotel during my next visit to the Astrakhan. The guys at the reservation dede were very friendly and professionals. Ladies at the restaurant have excellent serving skills

"Such a patient and well-trained receptionist"

Our plane gaving landed in Astrakhan at 01.30 hrs and thus it was after 2.00 in the morning by the time we reached our hotel. A group of men were checking in before us, with countless arguments over costs and dates of stay with the ever-courteous receptionist, Kayrat. During the lengthy discussions, this sole receptionist kept cool and courteous while trying to cope with his six obstreperous customers. We would not have been so patient with them, had we been the ones behind the counter. Once it was our turn, Kayrat quickly completed the requisite formalities and we were soon able to occupy our vast and very comfortable room on the 12th floor. The bathroom is large and well lit. Liquid soap is provided for wash basin and shower and there is a hair dryer. The room itself is really large, there was no noise from the railway and, being in the side of the building away from the hot sun, this fact - plus effective air conditioning - made it refreshingly cool after a long hot day spent sightseeing in this delightful city. Breakfast was extensive and here, too, the staff were enormously helpful.

Service is good. Staff is polite and responsive. Breakfast is good but it would be great if some national/local cuisine is in breakfast menu. Hotel is quite in spit of location which is close to train station. Hotel is located very close to the biggest mall in Astrakhan.

Have stayed here in the summer, +42 outside, it was comfortably cool inside. Very reliable and attentive service, good placement, though it's near the train and bus station, you don't hear any noise. The Restaurant is not bad. Internet is free and quite good (you can pay extra for a faster connection). Multi-language speaking stuff.

very good Hotel, ballanced well in service quality vs pricing, pricing is low - quality good. Only one thing that Hotel placed close to rail station and bus station, however this is not a major issue, I wasn't disturbed much on this.
