Ahmed did a great job looking after us - even when my key fell out of my pocket!

It was a great stay, amazing Hospitality by Mr Valadmir & Miss Anna. Both of them had made my stay comfortable and overall it was awesome. Because of Valadmir hospitality I decided to book my next stay again which was next week.

I had a very positive experience at the Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well presented. Everything felt fresh and well looked after. The bed deserves a special mention, easily one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in outside of my own at home. What really stood out, however, was the service. Elizabeth at reception was exceptional. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring in her approach. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and valued, taking the time to engage in a way that felt personal rather than transactional. It’s that level of service that makes a stay memorable. Elizabeth is a real asset to the hotel, and her approach reflects very positively on the brand. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very easy to get to via tram from Zurich airport. Also easy to get into Zurich via same tramline. Lovely welcoming staff, clean and adequate room. Good Italian restaurant on site. Excellent choice! Would definitely return.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff conveniently located near the Zurich airport and the tram line. I regularly stay there when I have layovers. Would highly recommend.
