Everything was great. New, modern and well equiped room. Bathroom always clean, well lit, spacious. Comfortable beds, multiple pillows, quiet.

Have stayed at this hotel this year already and was pleased to come back! The staff is friendly and helpful like always, also efficient with a lot of guests checking-in, as there is an option for self-check-in in case you don’t want to wait in the line 😉 rooms are clean and this time I also got a complimentary room upgrade, which made my day, honestly. Keep it up guys!!! Always recommend this hotel when in Zürich 🥰
