I had a great experience with the free upgrade to the studio room as it was my honeymoon and they had helped me in getting this. Very much appreciated. Although I cannot give her a shoutout I wish I had gotten her name.

Cassie was extremely courteous and helpful. She is an asset to Radisson is what I must say, as she ensures customer satisfaction to the core. I was assisted in my email requirements, printouts and scans. I am really grateful to Radisson for retaining employees like her. Thank you Radisson and thank you Cassie!

Located only 10 minutes each way from the city center and airport by tram, not only was it great value, but it was also very clean (with air conditioning), the check-in and check-out was smooth, and the staff (especially Mariana) was very helpful and lovely. 10/10 will book again next time I’m in Zurich.

Absolutely perfect hotel if you’re planning to visit Zurich for a day or two. Location: 10 mins from Zurich airport. Tram 10 or 12 comes every 6-8 mins, so no issue at all. Tran stops opposite to hotel - 2 min walk. Same tram goes to Zurich city or Zurich HB main station, which takes about 45 mins. Atmosphere: All staff were very welcoming. Our check-in was at 15:00, and we reached hotel just before 11:00. As room was available, they allowed us key straight away. Vibes of the entire hotel, staff, breakfast area was absolutely fantastic. Up on request, breakfast bar staff brought cake for my family member’s birthday. Room: Design and cleanliness of the room was spotless. Nice decor too. Small kitchenette and fridge was super helpful. Air conditioning was an addition on the day of 30+ temperature. Staff provided extra duvet up on request. Room was absolutely quiet. Cost was slightly high but comparative for the area, but recommended to book 2-3 months in advance. I would love to stay here again.

I had a short business trip in the beginning of June and chose Radisson for the first time. I came without any expectations and left extremely satisfied by the service. Overall a happy and reliable staff, never bothered to answer any of my questions and assist me as soon as possible. Special mention goes out to Sigita for making the check in experience smooth and for always having a smile on her face when being approached. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable, while the noise levels were low despite the busy area the hotel is located in. Thank you Radisson I will definetly be back!
