I couldn't rate this hotel any higher. It's on the outskirts of town so lovely and quiet, the rooms are a good size and we didn't hear a peep from anybody else while we were in our room.
We were allowed to drop off luggage early which was handy and then we came back about an hour early but were told our room was available so we could check in slightly earlier than the 3pm advised time. Check in was easy, and our room was on the 5th floor with the lifts just near reception. The room had a small kitchen which included a dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, hob. Bathroom was a decent size and a nice walk in shower.
We didn't eat here but we did come back for drinks before calling it a night on the Saturday and the bar was reasonably priced (it was cheaper compared to the city centre) and the staff on shift were extremely friendly. The hotel were happy to call us a taxi when we first arrived as we didn't know how far things would be, but we then stuck to Uber after that as it was a lot cheaper than the local taxi companies (same as the UK then!).
Check out was equally as easy and again staff were pleasant and friendly. We will visit Amsterdam again next year, and we'll be more than happy to stay here again.
