I recently stayed at Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar, and it was a truly pleasant experience. During my stay, I had the opportunity to meet Ms. Amen, the manager, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. While we were waiting for check-in, she thoughtfully offered us tea and coffee, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of right from the start. From check-in to checkout, she ensured that everything went smoothly and that our stay was comfortable in every way. Her attentive nature, professionalism, and warm hospitality really stood out and made our experience special. The staff overall was very supportive, and the service was prompt and efficient. The hotel ambiance was also very nice, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment. Overall, I had a great stay and truly appreciate the efforts made by Ms. Amen and the entire team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurugram and would love to stay here again.
