We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Hotel & Spa in Gdańsk. The location is absolutely perfect — ideal for exploring the city on foot, with everything you’d want to see just a short stroll away. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely and clean, and the whole place has a calm, welcoming feel. Food and drinks were excellent throughout our stay, with great variety and quality. A special shout‑out to Anastazia, who looked after us at the bar for the last two days. She was so pleasant, attentive, and incredibly hard‑working. Her warm manner really added something extra to our stay, and she deserves recognition. Overall, a brilliant hotel in a brilliant location — highly recommended.

Check in was a pleasure as I arrived with no baggage (mislaid by the airline) and in need of a friendly welcome and room access. Zofia was super efficient and thoughtful for which I am very grateful.
