"Wonderful stay"

This is our second stay at the Radisson Damac Hills and we would certainly recommend it again. We stayed on the 23rd floor golf side which was shaded from the sun and meant we could keep our patio door open. It also gave us a great view towards Dubai. All of the staff make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is plentiful and all of the staff are superb. It’s been 9 months since our last stay and Nadeesha recognised me straight away! We were welcomed at breakfast by Amira with her lovely welcoming smile, Christine who worked breakfast and the Hills pool bar who was so lovely and friendly, Su, Naira and Graham, all of whom delivered exceptional service. Thank you also to the lifeguards at the pool who were very welcoming and attentive. Our room was attended to by Dhan and Kumsing, thank you for your wonderful service. All in all the hotel is very comfortable, and we will certainly stay again. All of the staff are a credit to the hotel, thank you again.

Always feel special here. So nice to be remembered at breakfast by the restaurant manager & amazing staff after our third or fourth stay here. The breakfast buffet is constantly being replenished with good wholesome fresh produce. Eggs cooked to order & everything you could possibly want to eat. The tables are cleared & cleaned constantly by the most charming staff. I really do feel so comfortable here. Even the guy at the swimming pool remembered us. Lovely clean pool, comfy sunbeds & unlike some Dubai hotels, full sun all day. Pool bar service & food great also. Our rooms have always been super clean & very comfortable. The hotel was very busy but the place is run so well, no standards dropped. I did meet the hotel manager one morning at breakfast & I made his day by mentioning to him , what a lovely , hard working team he has at this hotel. Already booked for March 26 & looking forward to returning.

Had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Damac hills - reception and all staff have been amazing. Food was delicious and fresh and nothing was too much for anyone to go above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade and attention to detail. Reasonably priced but 5+* hotel etiquette 🙌 this is why we ❤️ Dubai - safe, friendly , respectful, considerate people & place.
