"Stranded in Dubai for a week"

Although it was a stressful time for us due to being stuck in Dubai indefinitely, the staff made the experience much more comfortable. The manager was exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The front desk team was welcoming and always ready to assist. All other staff were courteous and efficient, making everything smooth during arrival and departure. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, providing excellent service with warmth and professionalism. Their kindness and dedication turned a difficult situation into a memorable and positive experience. We are truly grateful to the entire team. Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful.

"Hospitality and service of dhan and dinesh"

Stayed here for 9 days long.The staffs were very calm,smiling,welcoming. I love the calm and peace environment.The rooms were cleaned very nicely by dhan and dinesh,they changed the bedding everyday even without asking,loved their smile on faces 24/7.The food was very nice,tasty especially loved the indian dishes and smile of waiter ANA made the food even more tastier.Loved the experience and hospitality.

"Excellent hotel with the lovliest staff"

We stranded at the hotel for a couple of days due to the ongoing war in Iran. Despite the horrible situation, the staff members made us feel safe the whole time and were the kindest, most attentive and lovliest people. Everyone working there went out of their way to help us, be it for a little chat whenever we got nervous about the situation or to support us in a practical way: the manager of the hotel even took time to drive us to a mall to get a couple of clothes as our luggage had been lost at the airport. Very worth mentioning is also the food at the hotel's restaurant which is simply amazing. I have never had such excellent food at a hotel before, both quality and variety are exceptional. There are always plenty of vegetarian options. The pool area is also great. If I ever get back to Dubai, this will definitely be the place I'd chose to stay.
