Amazing first impressions, the hotel is spectacular. We went during the festive season and the hotel and in fact the area in general really went all out with decorating. It truly felt high end, very luxurious but still welcoming and warm. The staff were very happy to assist with all aspects of enhancing your stay. We booked directly and were in touch via email before arrival - all through the process, we felt very well taken care off. The facilities in the hotel were top level. Great bar/cafe area with a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were so comfortable. Spotlessly clean, with a lovely aroma, great furnishings and funky but classy artwork. You immediately feel at home here and it’s a great base to explore the awesome city. Very well located with beautiful views and easy access to all of the top attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. We have stayed in a few of the brands hotels and always had a great experience but definitely felt here that the bar was raised. If you are thinking of Vilnius, I couldn’t recommend the city or this hotel highly enough. We had the best stay and will definitely be back. Great job team ❤️

A well located hotel close to the attractions of Old Town and about 15 minutes walk from the train station. The entrance is accesible by stairs and also a ramp. Once inside the reception area is to the right. There are some seats here and also the bar, as well as a small station with some sweets and water. On check-in we were asked to pay a 150 euro damage deposit which I don't remember reading about prior to arrival. This was returned within 2 working days of check out. There was a very helpful member of staff who offered to help us with our bags and showed us to the lifts. Our room was on the second floor and had a view of the building opposite and some rooftops from the other window. Depsite the view not being the most exciting the windows were large and very well insulated which was appreciated in the cold weather. We found the heating of the room to be totally fine especially as it was such a big space. The TV has a really good information menu which tells you about what's available at the hotel. It would have been nice to see what the spa was like but this is still under refurbishment. The bathroom was well decorated and finding that we had a bath tub was a big plus. Everything we needed was availale in the room. One thing that might be a good idea is maybe a small mat for putting shoes on when coming in from the snow as we did find they left puddles of water on the floor when the snow melted. The mini bar was quite expensive so we didn't use it during our stay. We did however make use of the complimentary water and also were pleased to find hot chocolate sachets with the kettle (although these were not restocked for our 2nd night). There is a small supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the hotel if you need anything and then a much larger one about 15 minutes way. The other thing that's important to know is that if you have twin beds they will be pushed up against each other. Be careful as they will move apart if you happen to lay in the gap. We found the room to be very clean and everything looked to be in good working order and well maintained. The only noise we heard at night was that of the air conditioning/heating. There was no problem with adding breakfast at check-in. I'm glad we did as the buffett selection was great. It was nice to see there was a small corner of Lithuanian delicacies. I was also taken with the cake display and enjoyed finishing my breakfast with a small honey cake. I wasn't aware you could order items off a menu at breakfast and this wasn't explained by any of the staff either.

This is a wonderful hotel - with all the comfort you need. Location is wonderful, right in the old town. Serive is 5 stars. All the staff are at availeble when ever you need something. For breackfast you can order from the meny, and get poach eggs. Love when they have this extra in the breakfast. Would really go back to this hotel. But right now the Gym and SPA is under re-construction - and not open.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. The staff find a way to fulfil every request and to overcome any problem. We noticed that more staff at this hotel are from outside Lithuania compared to other hotels in Vilnius. The hotel's location is ideal, close to many bars and restaurants, as well as a short walk from the train and coach stations. The bed was very comfortable, although the bedside table was a bit too far from the bed on one side. A special mention is merited about the technology. Several small things impressed me. The wifi is just over 50Mbps upstream and downstream, which is adequate. There are double USB-C power sockets each side of the bed and also at the desk with no unnecessary obsolete USB-A sockets anywhere. Good modern thinking. Also at the desk is an RJ45 ethernet socket, which actually works unlike in most other hotels, although the bandwidth is the same as the wifi. Higher bandwidth for the tiny minority of advanced users who use ethernet would be a good idea. The television has a good choice of channels, including BBC World, but which is disappointingly not in HD unlike other channels. There are plenty of power sockets around the room, including both sides of the bed and two at the desk. The temperature controls seem to revert the temperature to 22°C and the fan speed to automatic every time the keycard is inserted into the slot near the door. With humidity at only around 26% at the end of December, it felt a little warmer than 22°C, but we couldn't get the temperature to rise above 22°C when it was -13°C outside. No flannels were provided in the room, but were provided by housekeeping upon request. This ought to be standard for this standard of hotel. No bars of soap were available at all, only liquid soap which is not to my taste. Breakfast was excellent. We found everything we wanted and the quality was excellent. There was a delay in providing an item on request, but probably because it was peak time on a peak day. Unfortunately my Radisson VIP status didn't get us an upgrade because the hotel was full, but we were given late check-out until 14:30.

The hotel is located in the perfect location. Very stylish design both public area and rooms, Welcoming atmosphere and very proffesional staff.
