"Marvelous stay in a wonderful city."

2026-06-09

I enjoyed very much the location in the center of Venice but in a calm street, full of nice restaurants. The room and the bathroom were big and very agreable, clean and with all things you can need for the night and for the day during your stay. Atmosphere and services were very pleasant and the same the persons at the reception desk friendly and ready to help for everything .

"Luxury Hotel with a Strong Venetian Identity"

2026-06-05

This is a true luxury hotel with a strong Venetian identity, offering a comfortable stay and an excellent balance between historical character and modern standards. Set within a historic palace, it combines beautifully preserved interiors with contemporary design and comfort. The hotel’s greatest strength is the building itself. From the moment you enter, it feels like a genuine Venetian palace. The architecture, decorative details, and public areas are impressive without feeling excessive. The room we were offered was spacious, very well equipped, and maintained to a high standard. Everything felt fresh and in excellent condition. The design is both elegant and functional, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring the city. Cleanliness is excellent throughout the property, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Service is also consistently strong. Staff members are professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel pays close attention to personal requests and delivers highly customer-oriented service. Small surprises for special occasions, together with thoughtful touches such as evening turndown service, fresh towels, and chocolates, help make the stay feel more personal and tailored to each guest. The location is particularly convenient for guests arriving by train. Being close to Venice Santa Lucia station makes both arrival and departure significantly easier than at many other hotels in the city. The weakest part of the experience is the breakfast. While the quality is good, the selection feels somewhat limited and lacks some of the variety expected from a five-star property. Room comfort is generally very good; however, the air-conditioning system can be noticeably noisy, particularly at night. It is not a major issue, but it may affect sleep quality for light sleepers. Despite these points, the hotel is a must-visit destination thanks to its attentive service, spacious rooms, beautiful architecture, and authentic palace setting, which give it a character that many modern luxury hotels simply cannot replicate.

"Excellent Location In Venice and High Quality Rooms"

2026-05-26

My wife and stayed here for 3 nights using the AMEX Hotel Collections. Very nice hotel and really nice rooms. The location was the best part, its right in front of the public boat transportation on the canal and near all the local wine bars. Very pleasant at night versus San Marco square which is a zoo. Service and staff were very good, and the sauna facility inside the gym was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.
