  • Excellent hotel and great location. 10 minutes walk from El Duomo and very close to metro (looks like soon they will have a line coming from airport). It is a 5 stars hotel but I would say 5 minus. There is no spa, the gym is tiny, the sauna is small and not even operational when i was there. No soap in the gym’s bathroom and no towels if you were to take a shower there. Beside it is in a separate wing and elevator, so you have to walk through the dining room. The room prices at over 500 euro a night in my opinion is not justified. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are small but clean and fancy. Toiletry is culty (Milanese fancy brand) (though no body cream). There is a Lavazza coffeemaker and quality tea bags. Prices of the minibar are outrageous. Breakfast buffet is good and well stocked. Fruits, bread, salmon, good cheeses,omelette etc..

  • Everything was perfect from the rooms and design but the thing that made my stay more enjoyable The hotel staff were all very nice Especially Marco at the reception, he was very professional, welcoming and helpful The floor manager, Amani, was very nice and always asked us if we needed anything Ans Luka in reception the night shift was very professional and helpful Finally, I can say that the staff made my stay at the hotel more beautiful and comfortable, so thank you all for this wonderful experience

  • We’ve been in the hotel for 6 nights, celebrating our 50th anniversary. It’s been an amazing experience for us. The hotel cleanliness and suite we got are great. Breakfast was tasty and served very elegantly. The front desk team and the all staff were so nice and welcoming 🌹we intend to come back to the same hotel next time we will visit Milan.

  • Was in Milan for 5 nights and stayed at the Radisson. Hotel was great, room was fantastic and the staff was very polite and helpful. Great base metro not far away and easy way of travelling round Milan. Got train to Varenna one day and got the train to Venice the next day. When I'm in Milan next I will stay at the Radisson again.

  • A very pleasant stay at a very nice and comfy hotel. The staff really understand the needs for customer satisfaction and they are super skilled at this. So friendly and helpful and with full attention to you as the customer. All from the greeting from the gentleman at the door to the check-in procedure and onward. Breakfast staff is great and have full attention and control of what you need. Very nice rooms, really comfy beds, clean and neat. Location is also very good. Within walking distance from the Doumo etc. Highly recommend this hotel.
