Fantastic hotel and perfect location! So easy to get here from the airport as the metro station is directly opposite the hotel. Easy walk to the cathedral and all the shopping and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Bathroom was very spacious and great shower. Friendly reception team. My only slight issue was the ground floor bar was very over priced. We were told that food and drinks here can’t be put on the room as it’s a separate company. The cocktail menu didn’t have any prices in it either. After 20€ for one glass of wine, we went somewhere else to have drinks, shame as it’s a beautiful bar and great bar tenders.

Great hotel Nina super location. Staff were excellent and room was very comfortable. We got a pleasant upgrade too. Made our anniversary trip all the better.

This wasn’t our first stay at the Radisson Collection Santa Sofia, and certainly not our first TripAdvisor review for this wonderful hotel, but returning again after a couple of years reminded us exactly why we loved it so much in the first place. The hotel still feels just as warm, welcoming, and homey as ever. During this stay, we visited the rooftop restaurant, Sali, twice, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious every single time, and the service was impeccable. It’s truly one of those places you keep wanting to come back to. A very special thank you goes to Shiama, a true miracle worker, if we may call her that! Her attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care made our stay ten times better and made us feel incredibly valued throughout our visit. This trip was especially meaningful for us, as my husband proposed to me 12 years ago on May 25th, and ever since then, we’ve made it a tradition to travel somewhere together every year to celebrate. We’re so happy we chose to return here for such a special occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary trip so memorable once again!
