"Very good hotel in Milan"

I liked the hotel, the location, the staff both in the reception and in the restuarant.Especially the lady named Francesca was very polite, she served gluten free food when she learned I’m celiac. Abdul and Francesco at the reception were very kind like the other staff in the hotel.Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, the only problem about the room was the coldness, we feel cold at nights. Except the coldness of the room and no smoking area (at least a chair & a table) everything was perfect.

Its an incredible hotel and the stay was amazing and did not expect that all the arabs stay in one place, and faisal made it also easier for me to check out and eliza made it easier for me to check in.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The location was ideal, and the warm greetings from Tracy at the front desk left a lasting impression—her professionalism was truly appreciated. The rooms were well-appointed; however, I recommend improvements in housekeeping, as the cleanliness did not meet expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfest and attention to details, eg. Flip flops and sun glasses in the pool side provided. Good gym. Here value meets the price. Absolutely Excelent location, near and by walking distance from Duomo, Canals (must place to eat), shopping, main sights and easy access to metro and thus easy acces to the airport via metro and train. However we had some small issues with housekeeping with our stay, towels were removed from hangers but never replaced, one day no show on housekeeping, so we had to contact reception... Still these are minor issues and all in all lovely visit and Will return when in Milan (please mang fix the housekeeping issues).
