From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for and completely at ease. Every member of staff from reception and housekeeping to the kitchen team was so warm, friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. A special thank you to Tracey for going above and beyond, including offering us ice cream after our 12-hour journey and arranging a room upgrade. Those thoughtful touches made our stay truly unforgettable. I’ve never felt so welcome in a hotel. We left feeling happy, safe and incredibly looked after. The best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. ⭐️❤️

We’ve just checked in and couldn’t be happier with our welcome Tracy at check-in was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! She greeted us warmly right away, was so present, pleasant and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, the check-in was smooth and effortless, and she made us feel completely comfortable and at home straight away. We were even delighted to receive a lovely upgrade, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special. It’s rare to come across such wonderful, attentive service, Tracy went above and beyond, and she truly deserves a special shout-out for being so lovely and helpful. We’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone we know, and we hope Tracy is recognised for the brilliant care she gives guests. Thank you so much!

Fantastic hotel and perfect location! So easy to get here from the airport as the metro station is directly opposite the hotel. Easy walk to the cathedral and all the shopping and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Bathroom was very spacious and great shower. Friendly reception team. My only slight issue was the ground floor bar was very over priced. We were told that food and drinks here can’t be put on the room as it’s a separate company. The cocktail menu didn’t have any prices in it either. After 20€ for one glass of wine, we went somewhere else to have drinks, shame as it’s a beautiful bar and great bar tenders.
