My stay at Radisson Santa Sofia Milan was absolutely outstanding. I have traveled to many places, but I have never experienced such a warm and genuine welcome as I did here. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel valued, appreciated, and completely at home. One of the lovely touches was the complimentary first minibar service, which was a wonderful surprise and showed the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They never kept me waiting and were attentive to every detail throughout my stay. What impressed me most was how well they understood the meaning of true hospitality. They go above and beyond to provide every luxury, comfort, and facility you could need, while making you feel genuinely cared for. The level of service is exceptional, and the staff’s dedication to guest experience is second to none. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly suited for anyone visiting Milan. The combination of excellent facilities, outstanding service, and sincere appreciation for guests makes this property truly special. Great hotel Nina super location. Staff were excellent and room was very comfortable. We got a pleasant upgrade too. Made our anniversary trip all the better.

This wasn’t our first stay at the Radisson Collection Santa Sofia, and certainly not our first TripAdvisor review for this wonderful hotel, but returning again after a couple of years reminded us exactly why we loved it so much in the first place. The hotel still feels just as warm, welcoming, and homey as ever. During this stay, we visited the rooftop restaurant, Sali, twice, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious every single time, and the service was impeccable. It’s truly one of those places you keep wanting to come back to. A very special thank you goes to Shiama, a true miracle worker, if we may call her that! Her attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care made our stay ten times better and made us feel incredibly valued throughout our visit. This trip was especially meaningful for us, as my husband proposed to me 12 years ago on May 25th, and ever since then, we’ve made it a tradition to travel somewhere together every year to celebrate. We’re so happy we chose to return here for such a special occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary trip so memorable once again!

Excellent location, great connection by tram and Metro 4, walking distance tot he Duomo. Add to that friendly staff, and get a room with breakfast. Rooms are clean and toilet are well kept.

Very clean, good service & well located. Lack of a nearby lay-by for taxis is a downside, but in the chaos of Milan traffic they simply stop in the cycle lane. Didn’t sleep well, but that is me & had nothing to do with the room or any the hotel did or failed to do
