The hotel was really nice . They gave me an early check in . The room was super cozy. Special mention of Miss Rai from the lounge. She was an excellent host. I hope I get a chance to come back to muscat.

We e thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Radisson Collection Muscat Hormuz Grand. Wonderful staff and great facilities. We've been especially pleased with the restaurant facilities particularly OMNY and their amazing staff, Siva, Ajith and Sajjad. They've made dinner a wonderful experience. Thank you.

This hotel is beautiful and contemporary, with a nod to Omani stylistic elements. So convenient to Muscat airport, but also great access to the city center and all the local sites. Truly five star and full service, with an extremely friendly staff. Thanks especially to Farah at the front desk for a great, super-friendly and welcoming check-in experience!

The hotel is elegant, clean, and beautifully maintained, but what really stood out was the amazing staff service. A special thanks to Atiqa and Nassar for their outstanding hospitality — they were incredibly polite, professional, and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay extra special. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The hotel’s location is convenient for the airport and business areas, though slightly outside the main city attractions. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we highly recommend Hormuz Grand — especially because of the warm and caring service from Atiqa and Nassar
