"Great stay a short distance from the airport"

I needed a decent hotel a short distance from the airport as we were arriving early in the morning and departing early the following morning. Despite having to arrange an extra night stay to guarantee an early morning arrival this wasn’t overtly expensive to do compared to some of the other hotels. I had arranged an import transfer in both directions with the hotel and both were efficient, on time and the drivers were really pleasant and helpful. We had an executive suite which was clean, spacious and had access to the executive lounge. The bed was comfortable, I loved having the extra cloakroom toilet in the lobby/lounge of the room too. The lighting and switches were slightly odd though as it did seem they had simply joined two rooms together without thinking about what switches did what. However, this was just a minor issue. The lounge impressed us. Firstly, having spent a day sightseeing in Muscat with a colleague, the welcome that Nicola gave us was so warm and friendly. The food on offer was homely, including shepherds pie (just what an English person needed - perfect!). The wine kept flowing and we were encouraged to eat more food. Nilou is an absolute asset to that lounge and was chatty and warm all evening. We will definitely return if ever our travels take us back to Oman

Amazing Experience at Raddison collection. The staff were really nice. Every night me and my partner would go for shisha and food and the staff were amazing. Siva, Ajidh, Ahmed and Sajaad were really helpful and gave us good service. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back when I come to Oman in the future. Thank you.

"Wonderful service (Executive Lounge / Spa)"

Had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. The Executive Lounge is highly recommendable, from 18:30 to 20:30 they serve warm food. A huge thanks to Shanta and Nilou at the Executive Lounge for their warm hospitality. The in-house Spa is also excellent, operated by a skilled Thai/Indonesian team. Many thanks to Lusy and Lucky for the amazing Balinese massage. Great experience overall!
