"Fantastic hotel"

This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is fine, taxis are very cheap and easy to get to the more tourist/shopping areas. I needed help with an app to book train tickets and the reception staff were very helpful. So a BIG thanks to them. Only ate breakfast in the hotel but it has a large selection of delicious food. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms clean and clearly well looked after. I visited the SPA again and they offer a great range of services. It's really clean and relaxing in there. Highly recommend visiting the SPA after a busy day. Prices are fair for being within a hotel.

A new luxurious hotel, with spacious rooms, very modern and crisp amenities. Very courteous and helpful staff, though English was sometimes a problem. Special mention for the SPA. Very well equipped, with calming ambience, with excellent staff, very thoughtful and attentive. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommended.
"Wonderful, modern hotel with excellent spa and facilities"

I had a business trip to Wuxi. I chose a Radisson Collection Hotel because of the brand reputation around the world. The hotel is very modern and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of international and local cuisine. The SPA Centre at this Radisson hotel was perfect too, reasonably priced, and the staff and treatments were excellent. I would definitely stay again. The staff made my short stay in Wuxi very comfortable and memorable. I hope to be back soon.
"Great stay and a very good Spa"

Had a great stay and everything was excellent throughout. The hotel was comfortable, well-run, and ideal for my business trip. A special mention must go to the spa services, which were outstanding. The spa was exactly what I was looking for after long working days — relaxing, professional, and very reasonably priced. The treatments were excellent and a real highlight of my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on future trips to China.
