"Exceptional hotel, location and the best staff"

We stayed at the Radisson Collection hotel for a long weekend at the Christmas markets in Brussels. Location is amazing - near all of the tourist spots in a clean and well lit area. Staff were absolutely exceptional - every single one - so professional and helpful. Breakfast - lovely selection of items both hot and cold. Great quality and availability. 25€ pp if pre booked which is worth doing. Rooms - so comfortable. AMAZING shower, powerful and hot! Air conditioning really effective so just a really comfortable room. Housekeeping wonderful! Would recommend this hotel - and absolutely would stay again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Collection Grand Place Brussels. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to start the day. The only minor inconvenience was some noise from nearby traffic at night, but other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, just a short 5-minute walk from the city centre, making it perfect for exploring. The interiors are stunning, with a beautiful design throughout, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really added to the experience. Everything was very clean and felt truly luxurious, creating a comfortable and relaxing stay. The only downside is that around half of the rooms look into the hotel’s interior rather than outside, which can feel a little enclosed. However, this is a minor issue compared to all the positives. Overall, an excellent choice and I would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting the city.
