Great upgrade in presidental suite and therefore, naturally superb experience. Despite that, central location, wonderful breakfast and very clean hotel.

Service from arrival to departure was very attentive and the three course meal in atrium restaurant was excellent. Radisson honoured our regular membership perks. Concierge gave some useful tips to visit sites

The maintenance and the service were exceptional. The location of the hotel is good, close to the central station. The breakfast was amazing, a variety of food and drinks. The front desk staff were very polite! Thank you all!

Very much appreciated the usual Reward Radisson VIP loyalty upgrade to the room type I prefer: 5th floor, external overlooking the University. Peaceful and very well appointed. Throughout, from the warmth of reception, bar, breakfast room and maintenance staff, the service, comfort and facilities were outstanding. Exceptional indeed. Looking forward to my next stay.

A great hotel for Great stays. Excellent service. Stayed in a twinroom out to the street. Just some minutes away from Grand Place. The breakfast was a bit Basic, i had prefered different coldcuts. But it was more than enough. Both at cheq in and cheqout the service was Great.
