Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Via Bilbao - TripAdvisor traveler rating

Really good Radisson. Stayed here only one night because of cancelled flight. Good location near old town and backside of hotel is many nice restaurants/bars. Gym was much better than in fotos, but spa must pay extra and we didn’t visit there. I can recommend hotel, if the price is not too high.

We visited with some clients for a 2 night stay. Everything at the hotel was done professionally and we were made to feel very welcome. The reception team were welcoming and efficient, the rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The only slight irritation was the noise outside from people walking home after a night out...obviously this is outside of the hotels control and we would definitely stay there again.

very polite and sympathetic staff. comortabale rooms with everything nessesary inside. Cleasn room, spacious bathroom, spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin separately, comfortable bed. And great location.

Just a 1 night stay here. Enjoyed a drink on the terrace in just about ok weather. Room nice size, good bathroom. Reception nice with us messing them about with suitcases. No noise or problems. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, good local basque items too.

Excellent hotel on prime location! Although it’s a big hotel, the room was beautifully decorated and had the best bed ever. The hotel gives an excellent service ( umbrella if needed when you exit the hotel, rooftop bar with cool lounge chairs, …) We also enjoyed a light lunch in the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and all the options you can dream of ( waffles, pancakes, eggs Benedict , avocado toast, açai bowl,…)but the waitresses were annoyed and not customer friendly. The staff at the reception a the other hand is more than friendly and so helpful! Really professional and highly appreciated by us. We would definitely go back!
