Fabulous spacious hotel. Beautiful clean room. Fabulous breakfast and a stunning roof top bar. Really central to old town,buses etc Very friendly and helpful staff particularly Pablo who is so helpful and knowledgeable on the local area.

Very much a luxury hotel, we had a junior suite for a family of 3 and it was more than enough space. All the staff were great and we had everything we needed. In a great location between Guggenheim and the old town. One small point that as it’s in the centre of the town, it was a little noisy at times. The rooftop bar was lovely.

Nice hotel with perfect location. The staff is smile and polite. The room was big but there was dust on the surface.

We had very good stay at the hotel. Our room was face to the Main Street and 1st floor so we thought it might be noisy but our room was well soundproof and very quiet. We did not hear any traffic noise or sounds from neighbors. My parter was really impressed how room is quiet! (he is very sensitive about sounds) Also room is specious and a big comfortable bed, a big bath, separate shower and so soft & fluffy towels!! Staff were friendly enough, breakfast offers a good variety of foods (fruits, cereals, pastries, cold meats & cheese and hot foods) Hotel locations is really central and everything close…metro, tram, train, bus and department store (there is a supermarket upper floor) so very convenient location!! Cafe Iruña is 5 mins walk and airport bus stop 10 mins walk. Only negative feedback is we had one bathrobe and one pair of slippers even booked for two persons but it is the minor thing, if we ask they would provide it but I had my travel slippers so I didn’t ask it. Overall we had great stay, thanks!

It´s an amazing place to enjoy the beautiful city of Bilbao. All the staff team has made the right efforts to welcome us and to make our stay as well as possible.
