Staff is really good. Rooms are really clean and spacious. We had a great time at the rooftop and lovely breakfast.

Recently stayed three nights at Radissin - Bilboa. Our stay was excelllent. This hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance to attractions such as Old Town and the Guggenheim Museum. An undergroud train is directly across the street and there are many restaurants and pubs closely nearby. From the airport, about a 15 minute uber ride. Our room was specious, comfortable, and clean. All of the service that was provided was also exceptional. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. Irene on reception provided a warm welcome as well as some excellent recommendations and even booked us a table at one of the restaurants. As Radisson VIP members we were upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise and a lovely corner room. Breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant - a good buffet selection as well as some interesting à la carte options. The hotel was in a great location: a 15-minute walk to the Guggenheim and 5 minutes to the old town and Renfe/Euskotren train stations with plenty of options for food, drink and shopping. Our only less than ideal experience was trying to get a drink in the rooftop bar on a sunny afternoon - it was very busy but only one person seemed to be serving all the tables as well as preparing room service orders and it took half an hour to get a drink.

Great centrally located Hotel, Rooms a good size and very clean, we enjoyed the breakfasts on the 7th floor where the excellent restaurant and rooftop bar are located. We were given great advice at reception regarding day trips, good food restaurants and free tickets to the Guggenheim Museum. the staff were all round very helpful and respectful during our stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Great location, clean, stylish with great front desk team and concierge. We would recommend and look forward to staying again.
