We had a huge excellent room on the third floor with view on the Puy de Dome. Breakfast is good and the hotel is well located also for tours to the puys by car. The parking has to give one star minus, for the spaces are very tight, even for normal size cars. Also, the hotel could give a description how to get thewre, because the city with all its buildiung sites and one way streets is not easy.

We stayed at the Kyriad Prestige on our way to the south of France. The room was very clean, the bed really comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

We had been booked in to a nearby hotel without a restaurant so, feeling hungry on this Saturday night ventured out into the city to taste the local delights; for half an hour our search was fruit and veg less until we, luckily, stumbled on the Kyriad. The meal was quality and the service very good, so good that we decided to book into the hotel for the following night. The room was way above the average French room with an excellent array of welcoming goodies. The evening meal was even better than the previous night and the serveuse was cheerful and attentive even though rushed off her feet. Thoroughly recommend it!

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip. All the hotels were fully booked and the Kiriad was the only hotel available. The room was nice and clean and the staff very helpful. It is good value for money. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in the city center. Near place de Jaude,there are brend shops,Jaude mall 2 part. Inside of the hotel is very good.very clean hotel.breakfast excellent.u can find courasans,many kinds of bread,coffee tea milk cappucino fruits,cakes,sosige hamlet wafle and etc.. The personel very kindly,soft they help u in everything.servise is on the best level. Also train bus station in front of the hotel.u may find markets near the hotel. But wifi is not on best level but u can connec. Come and chose this hotel. Amenity hotel is good.
