The hotel is very grand and new！and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. I come to thailand for my honey moon. And the staff Rose ang JJ are very kind to us. They give me the free upgrade for celebrating. I will choose this hotel again and again！

Our 16 night stay at the Radisson Chateau de Bangkok has been perfect. We were booked into a superior suite but unfortunately the air con control malfunctioned and the location was on a busy street so management kindly moved us to 0623 which also had a better configuration. Positives: loved the beautiful king bed, amazing mattress and fresh linen! The professional, caring staff especially Meaw on reception and Cozy, always smiling and efficient. The housekeeping staff were phenomenal. Since I’d had major surgery while in BKK most mornings we didn’t leave our room until 2pm however always returned to a perfectly serviced room and very generous provision of complimentary water. The location, Lumphini would have to be the most underrated location in BKK. It’s brilliant for a clean, quiet neighbourhood positioned a short walk from Phloen Chit BTS, Central Embassy and Central Chidlom. When we chose to eat locally we consistently chose the incredible Japanese restaurant Yoka Yoka. The most generous portions of exquisitely fresh food. Our other go to was Nonna Nella in All Seasons Mansions. Do not underestimate All Seasons, it has a Tops, multiple dining options, beauty services and retail. Very handy little precinct. Great smart TV with all the apps. Excellent for my convalescence. Price is the biggest positive. Incredible bang for the buck!!!!! Negative: I shouldn’t complain since breakfast was included in our very modest room rate but it was so underwhelming. Having been to Thailand many times I’ve developed the expectation that breakfast means a large variety of beautiful fresh fruit but unfortunately this is overlooked at the Radisson Chateau de Bangkok.

The hotel is newly renovated, elegant, and beautifully designed. From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional, friendly, and very attentive. Their service made the stay even more special. The room was very spacious, bright, and extremely comfortable. The bed was large and super soft — I slept perfectly every night. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The food was also excellent. High-quality ingredients, great presentation, and delicious flavors. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Bangkok’s Ploenchit area. It’s very convenient, within walking distance to BTS, shopping malls, and many restaurants. Overall, an outstanding experience in terms of room quality, service, food, and location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

My mom and I stayed here for two weeks, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel is nicely located in a convenient area, yet it feels calm and peaceful, which made our stay very relaxing. The room was good, comfortable, and well maintained, making it ideal for a longer stay. Breakfast was also good and something we enjoyed each morning. What really made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The bellboys were friendly and always ready to assist. Our housekeeper, Zarni, did an excellent job and took great care of our room. At the front office, Nonny was always attentive, helpful, and professional, making everything feel easy and well taken care of. During breakfast, a very special shout-out goes to Cozy for her wonderful hospitality — she was always smiling and genuinely made our mornings brighter. Chavi was also helpful and professional. Overall, we felt very well looked after during our stay. The calm atmosphere, great location, and genuine kindness of the staff made our time in Bangkok comfortable and memorable! We will definitely be back next year :)

My stay at Radisson Chateau De Bangkok felt like a refined city retreat that balances elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality exceptionally well. I stayed in a Deluxe Room which was generously sized, beautifully styled, and wonderfully quiet, with large windows that framed open city views and made both daytime and nighttime feel special. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and polished, from the tastefully designed lobby to the serene upper floors, offering a welcome contrast to Bangkok’s energy while still being very well located. Dining was a major highlight and I made sure to experience all of the hotel’s outlets. Larder & Lounge impressed me with its consistently high quality, especially the Ka Prao Pizza which was bold, aromatic, and cleverly executed with fragrant basil and savory spice on a perfectly textured crust, the Double Cheeseburger which was rich, juicy, and indulgent with excellent balance, and the Club Sandwich which felt elevated, fresh, and satisfying rather than typical. Desserts were memorable, particularly the San Sebastián Cheesecake with its creamy interior and lightly burnt top, and the Coconut and Pandan Cake which was moist, delicately sweet, and full of comforting tropical aroma. Chateau Botanique also offered a strong and varied menu, and the Grilled Chicken with Mushroom Sauce stood out for its tenderness and smooth, flavorful sauce. A thoughtful birthday surprise arranged by the staff truly made the stay feel personal and left a lasting impression. The pool on the 12th floor is another standout feature, offering unobstructed skyline views and a peaceful setting that is perfect for unwinding, whether during the day or at sunset. The complimentary tuk tuk shuttle to BTS Phloenchit adds great convenience and makes exploring the city effortless while allowing the hotel to remain tucked away in a quiet and relaxed area. Throughout the stay, the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, contributing to a genuinely pleasant experience. With its excellent location near embassies, shopping, and transport, combined with strong dining, beautiful views, and a tranquil atmosphere, Radisson Chateau De Bangkok delivers a sophisticated and memorable stay that I would gladly recommend!
