The Hotel is really nice and they make you feel you are the president. The room is clean and comfortable. The towels are fluffy and nice not like most hotels. Manny staff speak English and they oal really helpfully. The food is good I try Breakfast, Room Service and also the dinner is ol perfect. Eavan the hotel is not directly in city centre I go the extra mile to stay in that perfect Environment.
Great and Recommend. It is nice place to hold a meeting or event and take exercises at this hotel gym. The local food is valued to be tasted such as He Nan Huimian & He Nan Youpomian & He Nan Hulatang.
We stayed at this beautiful hotel. It's located in the northern side of Zhengzhou, a more suburb feel with surrounding universities and Institute of Education. Traffic is less hectic so I would imagine this would be better for tourists. The location is not in the CBD however its nearer to the yellow river attraction (which was perfect for us) For malls and eateries, you may have to take a bus or hail a cab to go down to the night market and mall which is located side by side about a 10 to 15min ride pending traffic. There is a new mall in front but yet to open just across the hotel. We arrived and were greeted by polite and sincere staff who pleasantly upgraded us to a suite. Now, this review does not look into the physical aesthetic defects which new property this size would take a good year or more to rectify. What I love (in no particular order):- The architecture and decor - modern contemporary chic yet has a classic oriental touch The staff - They were sincere, warm and friendly and went out of the way each time to help us from point of check-in till check out. The room - It was spacious., a large bathroom with nice light earthy tones of marble, Android TV offerings, love the super comfortable bed and thick fluffy comforters The teddy bears - Thank you for the bears, they were such a nice touch Some areas of feedback:- -Wished the toilet seat was heated (esp during winter in zhengzhou!) -The TV's volume kept going up and down whilst we watched HBO / CNN / local TC channels etc. This was consistent even at the restaurant at dinner -Fridge was warm even though it was on -The hair dryer is located in the bathroom, however the socket in the bathroom is meant for international plugs hence the hair dryer needs to be brought to the minibar table (closest outside of the bathroom) in order to be used. -Bathroom in the suite is large and the floor space could be cold during the winter. Unless you have a heated floor, it would be great a large floor bath mat in the centre to keep space inviting and warm. -The bedside power sockets are not working -Lift via card access should work asap. This poses a security concern as non-hotel guests can actually use the lifts to any guest floors. -Staff (as they come from various areas of China) were always helpful despite not knowing the tourist sights well. Perhaps a training on the tourist sights around zhengzhou may be useful so that they could offer proper recommendations to guests. - it would be nice to have a Spa so that guests could enjoy a massage after their day out. Good luck in the fixers. It will take time to get it perfected and we look forward to returning in future.
Fast Developing Beautiful City of Zhengzhou. The trip was excellent and tranquil with the experience of the modern technology and smart city. Friendly people and staff from the hotel. New modern architecture with the touch of Chinese culture and tradition.
Radisson Blu Zhengzhou has just recently opened on December 2, 2018 and I was fortunate to stay the first night of their grand opening! I have since been coming to Radisson Blu Zhengzhou on business trips and choose to stay here because of the hi-caliber staff and their attention to every detail. Radisson has their “Yes We Can” service motto and they don’t disappoint. I have since stayed at other hotels and told them about this hotel and the level of services from Radisson. The staff have been very memorable and I even remember their names. So a shout out to Nigel in the western style restaurant, Benny the Executive Chef that does a great job on my lobster dinner, Molly & Dido at the Lobby Lounge Bar, Dylan and all the front desk team. You have gone above and beyond my expectations. I wish every hotel could be like Radisson Blu Zhengzhou!
