Excellent location next to a park by the Oder River and within walking distance of all major sights and the Old Town. The surrounding traffic is very light, making the area pleasantly quiet. The dining room offers a rich and diverse selection of breakfast options.

Great location, close to the main attraction. Quiet rooms and excellent breakfast. The complementary sauna in the basement is new, but relatively small for such a big hotel (fits at most 6 persons), but in most days wasn't crowded (at least during the hours that I used it, around 15:00 to 18:00). It would be nice to have outdoor access from the sauna area, and to have a bucket and spoon to poor water over the hot stones.

We forgot a remote control when we left the hotel after three nights. When we arrived in Sweden I called the hotel reception and the confirmed that the has found the control. To get the control to Sweden I had to engage a courier and that was very complucated. After a mail conversation Maryna and Emilia finally found a solution, and they managed to send the control to me. This was customer concern on a very high level! Thank you again!

"The water dispenser, a great idea!"

It has a great location. It faces the Racławice Panorama Museum, is next to the National Museum, and it´s still at walking distance to both the Old Town and the Cathedral Island, which are in opposite directions. The bedroom was comfortable, with a real King Size bed, two closets, a bathroom with a large counter and a hairdryer that vibrated so much that hurts the hand. The room has a cristal jar of water, and each floor has a dispenser or nice cool water, where you can also refill your bottles.

"Great dinner at Radisson Blu in Wroclaw"

Hotel was exceptional! Large rooms and shower bar! Unheard of in Europe! Our dinner at the hotel with Pola as our server was excellent! Pola is confident and experienced and handled our group of 8 exceptionally! She was also training Dari, who will be exceptional in no time, I’m sure of it! Thank you for a delicious meal and drinks! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
