Excellent hotel in the heart of Uppsala. Perfect location next to the train station, clean rooms, outstanding staff, and a fantastic breakfast. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite the central location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Uppsala. Suite room is in need of renovation big time .

Modern hotel close to the Uppsala main railway station and the heart of the city. Very nice staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Room was clean and cozy with modern Scandinavian design. Everything good! Cannot comment on breakfast/catering since I arrived very late and left early.

Stayed around Christmas. Against all odds I could not hear the trains at all and the garage was not cramped allthough underground. The staff was quite young and I enjoyed their professional and fresh behavior. Leslie welcomed me with beautiful English, Kristin kindly advised me where to walk with my dog, Niklas expressed his sympathy for three legged dog and Andrea helped with a door. Initiative is much appreciated. The room was more upscale than what I usually take and I can now see the point of a little extra. Breakfast was good int'l standard. I have some special needs with food but need no make a point because the selection was so good. During my stay I enjoyed two delicious dinners at the hotel. They were served by Erik and Jacob in an uplifting which made the meal special. I am happy to endorse this hotel.

This is a very wonderful property with excellent staff. Location to shops, the river, cathedral, and train station is perfect. I found the staff overly friendly and accommodating. Environmentally conscious, safe, and made me feel like home. Very welcoming to Americans as well and spoke very good English. The room was super quiet and felt very safe on the property. Front desk and breakfast staff were engaging. My first stay with Radisson and will not be my last. Thanks for your attention to detail.

TOP, next Trip to Upsalla will be at the Radisson Blue again. The best was that i got the balcony room without any extra charges
