Stayed for one night but the view was amazing. Really liked to room with wide windows.pppppppppppppp
We stayed at Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, Tbilisi City Centre for four nights in October. Our original booking was for five nights, but due to flight delays we arrived a day late. The hotel staff were extremely understanding and adjusted our stay to four nights without any extra charges and any questions asked. Throughout our visit, we were genuinely impressed by the level of service and the team’s willingness to help with anything we needed. Everyone was professional and friendly, but we especially want to mention Noni and Oto, who went above and beyond to help us sort out an unexpected luggage issue. Their kindness and dedication really stood out. If you’re planning a trip to Tbilisi, I highly recommend staying at the Radisson Blu Iveria. The staff, service, and overall experience were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for better.
The location is excellent, not in the middle of the traffic and noise so in a quiet area but still at the center which is very easy to walk anywhere from there or just catch an Uber. The reception welcomed us very nicely, we arrived early so they offered a free early check -in as our room was ready. Room is well equipped but lack of drawers in the closet to put your cloths at, especially if you're staying for more then 3 nights. Bed is comfortable and the sleeping quality is very good. View from the room is absolutely stunning, especially in the morning and during sunset! Water pressure at the shower is good and always hot water without waiting. WiFi is fast and stable enough. TV is lack of channels and a bit poor. The Anne Semonin SPA is not so big but very nice with good professional treatments although a bit expensive compared to other SPA's in the area. Inside pool is not too warm but still nice to use during the chilled days but I would warm it up a bit more. Breakfast was good although it never changes so a bit boring after few days. Oxygen Bar at the top floor has a great view and nice atmosphere and very tasty cocktails. The two restaurants in the hotel are amazing and worth visiting! Over all really good hotel as expected from the Radisson chain, a bit expensive compared to others but we really enjoyed our stay there and will be back for sure!
I had a group Event at the hotel. We had wonderful time there. Especially the staff were very Good. I want to say Ucha and Misho from breakfast room and Anuki and Elena from the reception they were really profesional and helped me a lot to make our Event the best ever.! I want to thank also General Manager to keep the hotel that great in All areas. He must be Good manager. All the staff are very motivated.
Went with a large group and we had our separate dining hall as we had our own Indian chefs cooking for us-hence cannot comment much on the food quality or the services since we had no chance to use them. Though did use the breakfast room along with the other guests and must say it is a very good spread with a variety of the usual food choices. Where as the stay- it was very good, lovely big clean rooms with enough walking & sitting space, a separate toilet, and a very big bathroom with a shower stall as well as a bathtub. Unfortunately no pictures to share. The view from the room was very good too. Shopping was across the road and very close by.
