Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel. Very close to the central train station. Beautiful lobby and decor. Clean and tidy. Large bathroom and a comfortable bed. Large panoramic windows with a beautiful view. Exceptionally strong water pressure in the shower. The mini-bar was fully stocked with every type of drink you could think of. Absolute silence at night, despite being so close to the passing trains. Very comfortable bed—one of the best nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. The biggest highlight was the welcome at the front desk. I was lucky enough to meet Inez, who, with a warm smile, quickly resolved an unexpected system error. A bit of humor, a great friendly conversation, and the problem vanished in a matter of seconds. This is exactly how every receptionist should work. Inez is the absolute face of this hotel. Thank u INEZ!

OK, I have to say this was one of our best hotel experiences. Although it's expected when you book a fancy room, the service was fenomenal. We were greeted and checked in by Emilia. What a professional and friendly person! Top marks. When we get into our room we find a personal note from Anastasija, such a great attention to details! Then we chose to stay at the hotel's restaurant and had Piotr as waiter. He was so social and knowledgable plus passionate about his job. My favourite drink "Old Fashioned" was prepared by Simone and yes - they know how to make a real one. Finally as a great exit, Saidee checked us out with a warm smile. Glad to experience such a wonderful team. We will definitively be back.

Good location for exploring Stockholm. Very helpful friendly staff. Very comfortable hotel base. Very close to the station.

Hotel was very smart, immaculately clean and centrally located for visiting all the wonderful attractions. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast buffet was a delicious fresh variety and well presented. Train platform to catch the Arlanda Express was a 4 minute walk which was perfect after a 20 minute direct train from Arlanda Airport. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was well presented and delicious. We bought the Go City pass and the furthest we walked was 40 minutes away and we managed 34 attractions in 5 nights. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, I liked that you could open a small window, even though it was close to a busy area it wasn't noisy. Our view from the room was an office block but we had a good view of the city hall from the corridor windows. Shower was great and toiletries provided were good quality and full size bottles. (Photos were taken at 6am as we were leaving so it was dark outside but during the day it was a light airy room)

The second time we have stayed at Radisson Blu in Stockholm - it’s a relaxed but very professional hotel - the team are excellent and the food etc first rate - Gigi on front desk was superb, welcoming and her advice was excellent
