I asked for a room with a very nice view for my Mom, because it was her Birthday Journey. She got it and in Addition a lovely surprise on the room. I‘d also Like to mention the extraordinary good breakfast, clean rooms, good beds and friendly stuff.Thank you. We will come back.

Lovely hotel with a welcoming bar area Rooms were clean and cosy with lovely bathroom Made a special effort for a birthday with chocolates and balloons to make it all the more special Location perfect Only negative we had was the room didnt have windows to open and it did get very warm

Superb net zero hotel. Very close to all transportation choices, train, bus, tram and subway. Staff is very helpful, Mike and Inez at the front desk were wonderful, helped out with recommendations and directions. Rooms were very nice and clean, heated bathroom floor was nice. Floor top ceiling windows with blackout curtains were nice, small window also opens for fresh air.

"Great place to stay"

Lovely hotel. Had an early check in as we had arrived by boat. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Staff on reception could not help us enough. They even arranged for us to have a breakfast on arrival which was superb. Had a nice big room which was spotless. Location is ideal. Everywhere within walking distance.
