Excellent hotel, very pristine, spotlessly clean, rooms with all the necessary commodities, very comfortable, cozy and a feeling of being "at home". Staff very friendly, attentive, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was very well presented offered a wide choice of tasty food, at the same time also complying with special wishes from the guests. This is a hotel that can be highly recommended, very centrally located in the heart of the city, with public transport stations literally at the front door, as well as garage parking facilities if traveling by car. My husband and I had a most enjoyable stay. .

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. All staff were really friendly, and the room and public areas were spotless. Great choice at breakfast, even for us vegetarians!

Happy with my stay and the service. Will stay again, my expectations were fully met. I am naming one negative point: the ironing board in room 522 is mounted in the drawer and meant to be pulled out. However, the door of the drawer cannot be openend that far, so the ironing board is unusable. Front desk reacted quickly and brought me ironing board and iron. So the issue was well solved.

I was on a tour when my travel companion had a medical emergency, and I was accompanying her while she was transported to Kantonsspital hospital. I went to the hotel and asked for a room. The hotel manager Tarik Ayvaz kindly gave me the last room they had, and helped with bus, train and taxi transportation during the 3 days I was there. The hotel was excellent, very well run and very clean. I did not use the breakfast service (I don't usually eat breakfast) but was very kindly given coffee for no charge. The hotel is within walking distance from the hospital, and was close to the train station, so the location was perfect. I cannot say enough about the kindness of Tarik during that stressful time. He helped me through those days, and we made it back to the U.S. when she was released from the hospital. I would definitely go back and stay there again. Although the reason for my being there was not for pleasure, staying there did make the experience as good as possible.

The room and bathroom were as expected, super spacious and clean. The hotel is beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from the city center. The breakfast was delicious and the staff are super kind. A great experience!
