For us, cuisine is passion and love – a celebration of life through food. At Blugrass, we focus on quality ingredients and their origin. Our dishes are simple, yet often surprising, inspired by what surrounds us. 

Our menu brings together fresh fruits and vegetables, including produce from our own seasonal gardens. By blending different cuisines, styles and techniques, we create a concise menu that harmonises flavour and presentation, delighting the senses and turning every meal into a joyful dining experience.

Blugrass Bistrot, a delight for the senses

Blugrass bistrot restaurant with live music and a large terrace overlooking the garden is the culinary heart of our hotel. Flavors inspired by regional Mediterranean cuisine await your visit. The dishes are based on the herbs, vegetables, and fruits grown in the hotel gardens. 

In Blugrass aperitif, you can relax anytime over a drink and a snack. Both venues offer wine from our Chateau Isolette vineyard, in addition to craft beer from the Vrest brewery in Gdańsk. 

Blugrass delice is a bakery and confectionery production line that encapsulates the quintessence of good tast. Here, proven classics are given a modern twist. Sweet morsels steal the heart without the label of ‘guilty pleasure’. Coffee and cake encounters take on a different dimension here – small flavours, great experiences.
