Sólás Spa is the best place to find yourself, if you’re looking to lose yourself in Sligo. We have a huge range of treatments available for those looking to completely relax with a little well-deserved me-time. Bookings made two weeks in advance are strongly advised. 

Pre-booking of treatments is essential, by contacting our award-winning spa team. To safeguard your well-being, all hotel guests will be requested to change in their rooms and arrive at the Spa in robe and slippers. Please note, in line with current guidelines, you will also be required to complete a Consultation Form before your appointment.
