I love staying at this hotel. Super comfy beds. Fantastic shower. Amazing staff who can’t do enough to help. My first time as a solo stayer and felt very safe in the hotel. If in Sheffield this is the place to stay!

Lovely new hotel with roof top bar. Plenty of seating. Clean with attentive bar staff. Wash rooms were very well looked after. Christmas trees were really well decorated and stylish. The outdoor little terrace had magnificent views of the city centre. Will be returning in spring when we can sit outside.

We stayed at the hotel over Christmas and have stayed here before We did request a particular room , but it wasn't allocated to us However after a conversation with the reception , who spoke to the manager we were given our chosen room The breakfast was great with a good choice All the staff we came into contact with including housekeeping were lovely and friendly We parked our car in Q park where you get a discount while staying in the hotel We have no complaints and enjoyed our stay in this modern hotel in the city centre

We arrived to a warm welcome from the Team for a one night stay. They looked after our case before check-in. We were delighted on entering our room which had been thoughtfully prepared; it was our anniversary and there were towel origami swans on our bed, with scattered flower petals and a greetings card, which made our stay extra special. The room was spotlessly clean and the bedding cosy and warm. The bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, I enjoyed a hot shower the next morning. The view was great too, looking out onto the Peace Gardens, Christmas market and Alpine Lodge. It was great to look out onto the amazing Victorian architecture of Sheffield's Town Hall, which looked amazing at both sunset and sunrise, listening to the sound of bells ringing out Christmas carols (not real bells, it's a recording). We slept like logs and it was incredibly peaceful - definitely Peace Gardens - you could hear a pin drop, and the bells don't ring overnight. The pillows and bedding were good quality and felt like a treat. Now we are back home I look back on our stay with fond memories - Thank-you to the Hotel team for a wonderful stay.
