We came with a group of 40 people (26 adults and 15 kids) attending ice hockey tournament. Everything was flawless, super quick and smooth checking in. A welcome treat with kid name in the room, a designated meeting room to keep our kids enjoyed with their shinny game, very thoughtful and such a nice touch from hotel management and team. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a fantastic location, with everything you need within walking distance. There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions nearby, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. The room was clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again. This hotel is ideally located for the town centre and City Hall. The air conditioned room was especially welcome on the hotest weekend of the year and it was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed - the fridge being particularly useful given the heat. It would be handy if the provided mugs actually fitted under the coffee machine. The main gripe is that a wedding taking place meant that the rooftop bar and restaurant were closed to all the other paying guests staying in the hotel, which seemed somewhat unfair. It would at least be helpful to advise guests that this will be the case before check-in. The music from said wedding was also audible in our second floor room but didn't prevent us getting to sleep. The carpark pre-booking worked well and was very useful. All in all we would recommend the hotel if you are visiting Sheffield and we would stay again.

Nice hotel, new feel to decor and right in the centre of Sheffield so close to all bars and restaurants. Car park at the Q-Park is reasonably convenient albeit with plenty roadworks restrictions in the area at tge time.
